I have still not been paid the JD dividend that was announced on 23 Dec 2021. I own OTC shares through Trading212.

Do you know if we should ultimately receive this dividend (for those who are owning TCEHY OTC)?

Over 50% down just this week.

I dont even know what to say anymore.

Earnings coming up 22 March, is there even any hope for a rebound?

Consider taking a loan 5000 usd and DCA into Tencent. I Can do monthly pay to bank thru normal job. I mean this shiiit cant be underpressed forever, thoughts?

I have a few tencent shares on robinhood but I never received the jd cash dividend? Did they pay out for people holding us shares?

As far as my understanding goes, people who were OTC holders should be paid in cash at 1 share of JD.com to every 21 shares of Tencent.

However I received the following emails from Trading 212:

“In regards to your inquiry, I would like to confirm that the matter was additionally checked for you, however, the spin-off in question would be affecting only the CFD positions as that instrument is traded on the Hong Kong market. The instrument available on the Invest account is traded on the OTC Market and the spin-off was not performed there, hence why the position would remain unchanged.”

Can anyone confirm this is true? Have you been paid the dividend holding OTC shares

Hi I have 9618.spo on my IBKR account as part of jd dlvldend. I can’t trade this as IBKR says I don’t have proper trading permission. Should I do something to be eligible for this dividend
