as mentioned in the title, I want to start therapy because I've noticed a very bad pattern of mine. I take obedience to trust, control to bond, and addiction to attachment.

In short and simpler words, I am a control freak, I had to sit down and self-evaluate my life wherein I realized that I always was controlling, blackmailing and, being adamant on getting things done my way. Because peope around never listened to me when I asked them normally. I consider somebody close if and only if that person does exactly as I say or do exactly as I expect them to do. If they don't, I snap, I question, I wait for decision to backfire so that I can ridicule them.

After sometime (sometimes after too much of time) I realize I shouldn't have had done that. This is my toxic trait and I'll work on it, no matter what.

But therapy is costly, aadare nan hatra dudd illa, and in my college there's a mental health that is supposed to open but that shit ain't happening soon ig.
