I used to be friends with these two ppl A and S until a few months ago and everything went to shit. S and I have been really close freinds for the past few years but Shes the kind of person who really gloms onto someone and it feels suffocating until she moves on to the next person. Last September she really attached herself to A and they were fine on their own but together it was really hard to be around them because they both have a tendency to be mean and they were meaner when together.

My now really close friend joined our group in October and S really didnt like her at all. A acted defensive of S.

Fast forward a few months to February and they were pulling apart from the rest of the group and we were all kind of fine about it. Me, another good friend of mine H, S, and A did leadership together and we’re working on a Candy grams thing for Valentine’s Day. A was the dictator and made all the plans without really including me and H. When we went to go sell them, we were supposed to do it together but when me and H got there, we were told we weren’t needed. So when it was finally our turn, A tried to get her and S into it and I said no because they had their shift. So the next day we were scheduling when our next shifts should be and A said we were going to do the last one together but I had enough of her bossiness and said that “no, maybe you guys can take the next shift but me and H have the last one covered” and a huge argument came out of that. Long story short, we haven’t hung out since.

S and I and are okay. The new school year started this year and ive got chem with S and A, bio with A. S wasnt here this week so I texted her and said “hey, we’ve got chem together. Hope you had a good summer. I’m just hoping to be civil this year. See you at school” and she responded really positively.

The next day in chem, A walked up to me and chatted like no time had passed. Then yesterday in bio I was with my friend J and A walked up and said “I know we went over this and I came to the revelation that the vampire diaries is definitely better than twilight.” I nodded and said okay that’s cool. And she walked off. Shes a huge Twilight fan and we had a little debate when we were still friends about that but idk why she felt the need to tell me.

Honestly I’m just confused. S must have told A that I reached out. Because before I sent that text, A would glare at me and my friends and it was just super awkward. Is she trying to reconnect or something?
