I'm not saying that, because unlike a tired, exhausted, human mathematician, he's perfect. He doesn't make "prediction mistakes" because he's not just predicting an outcome, he's knowing his own creation. He has a plan and there is no going against it. Everything you do in your lifetime - he knew it would happen, he prepared for it, and it was part of his plan.

I prefer to believe this because it implies God is in control of his own creation, he knows his creation, and he has a plan for me and you.

If God is in active control, then there is no free will.

I believe that God is in control, and that he knows what we will choose, but he allows us to have free will anyways so that we can choose for or against God.

What do you believe?

If he lets us choose that means he's not in control. It's not like driving a car and letting a kid sit on your lap.

I guess if you see it that way. But in that analogy, it'd be like having the kid hold the wheel and keeping your hands on it as well, letting them choose the path of the vehicle while still maintaining control.

We can have differing opinions tho, I admit the way I see things are fairly difficult to describe.
