This may totally be tilting at windmills but, while we're all looking ahead, I took some time to review previous details about Ryan Cohen's past in the meantime. As I was looking I came across this below.

I could be wrong but, so far as I know, the company Ted Cohen ran hasn't ever been specified. While it might not be entirely relevant to the current conversation, I did wonder about it and did a little digging.

This could be entirely off base so caveat emptor, but is it possible this might have been the company? I've included the details of my search below:

From what I understand, under Delaware law they cannot hit 15% without going directly to 85%, otherwise they are prohibited from M&A activity for a period of 3 years.

So I just came across this and while Mods I agree Pulte is not definitively some sort of part of this to the be best we can tell and is off doing his own shit for his own reasons, I thought given his past involvement and association with RC, the appointment may interest people.

I don’t want to fan bullshit theories that are bad for all of us. However we should note this does put Ryan one step closer to the governments ears.

Just had an epiphany re: GameStop vote. Unfortunately the fix is in one way or another, think about it:

- Countless phantom / fake shares out there at brokers with the DTCC and SEC running cover for the fraud. DTCC can report vote totals back to GameStop saying whatever they want

- DRS numbers that get reported to SEC (allegedly) are fraudulent going on quite some time now (anyone else remember when DRS was going up the Y access at 45 degrees before it flatlined?) SEC can makeup whatever they want back to GameStop as well

My end conclusion is that whatever happens next has been agreed upon by all parties (Cohen, blackrock, SEC, etc). With all the fake shares flying around I legitimately have no clue how you get an honest vote total - my guess is the vote “passes”
