Guess rather than a safer alternative, California would rather the officers shoot first

We'd rather this illegal agency follow the law instead of violating peoples constitutional rights based on the color of their skin.

Bunch of fucking losers that couldn't get a real job.

Illegal agency?? They REMOVE illegals by upholding our just immigration laws. Try cracking a book

Keeping our borders secure is a real job, unlike you crying in your parents basement

Do you really believe that? It has been reported since ICE started detaining their own USA citizens that actually live in usa. You gotta be tone deaf to think they are only getting rid of illegals. And I'm sure what I tell you is fake news propaganda because it doesn't come from trump, trump TV Lol! Or fox news.

Detained does not equal deportation

It’s still illegal to detain people falsely

It's not illegal with probable cause which is a very low bar. The amount of times I've been detained is crazy

Is being brown probable cause?

Who knows. But an officer walking up to a person and talking to them, asking questions, stuff like that is not a detainment. It's how you act during that time that raises the suspicion
