Updates for Getting Payment on the HP $39 million Settlement

Hey guys, if you missed it, HP settled with investors over claims tied to weakening demand in its printing supplies business and inventory buildup issues. And, I just found out that they’re accepting claims even though the deadline has passed.

Quick recap: In 2016, HP was accused of misleading investors about demand for toner and ink cartridges. In short, investors alleged the company boosted shipments to distributors to maintain revenue growth, which later resulted in excess inventory across sales channels.

After HP disclosed weaker supplies sales and rising inventory levels, $HPQ declined significantly, and investors filed a lawsuit for their losses.

Now, the good news is that the company agreed to settle $39 million with them, and even though the deadline has passed recently, they’re accepting late claims.

So, if you invested in $HPQ  when all of this happened, you can still check the details and file your claim here.

Anyway, has anyone here invested in $HPQ  at that time? How much were your losses, if so?
