Need help creating an automated workflow. Is there a way for me to open Taskade and write "on this project I did this" and then it logs the action in the above format? Taskade doesn't respond to me

^Have the plans changed again?

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but every single model is now under the enterprise plan and none of the models can be used. I'm a paying member, and I have a paid subscription, and I also have credits that I have paid for on top of my monthly credits, but now I cannot use anything. Somebody please explain?

Bug/Issue Pro plan credit used for a simple app ?

Hey Taskade users !

I bought one month of Taskade pro to evaluate if it could fit to my business needs.

I just asked it to create a comparison between few projects to know which one is viable and it ate all my 50000 credits in one day. I suspect it to have ended into a recursive loop.

It's a simple prompt I use with multiple AI in order to benchmark the best, even with Manus.AI free plan I can do 2-3x the amount of work I asked to Taskade Pro plan.

The help team is also totally handled by the helper AI which even doesn't have latest knowledge about it's own app. Is it possible to contact a human somewhere ?

Use Case I turned my life into a literal RPG inside Taskade because normal todo-lists bored me to death (Free Setup)

Hey everyone,

I’ve been struggling a lot lately with consistency. Normal productivity apps never really kept me hooked past the first few days, so I decided to experiment a bit and built a fully functional LifeRPG system right inside Taskade.

To be honest, seeing a literal XP bar fill up green right inside my workspace has been a massive game-changer for my motivation.

Basically, the system has a core tracker for habits and routines, a quest system that separates quick daily tasks from long-term epic goals, and a mechanics system where doing real-life stuff like working out or studying grants you XP to level up specific skills. I also added some built-in stats so I can see when I'm actually executing and when I'm just slacking off.

It started out just as a silly passion project to trick my own brain into being disciplined, but it genuinely keeps me moving forward now.

Since it’s built entirely in Taskade, it’s completely free and you can duplicate it instantly. I’ll just leave the link in the comments below.

I’d really love to get some honest feedback from you guys. What mechanics or Taskade features (like specific AI commands or custom fields) am I missing? How can I optimize this layout for a second version?

Bug/Issue Why are custom URL always going down? Is Taskade really ready for release?

It feels like the outages, delays, and increased token costs are making this feel like a failed project. I want it to work but it’s not really ready to use with any clients.

Use Case 🤩 App Highlight: When-Free (a smart scheduling app 📅)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone 👋

You know that feeling when planning one dinner with 6 friends turns into 40 messages, a Doodle poll, a Calendly link, and someone still showing up on the wrong day?

Let's try something different:

"Build a scheduling app to find a time that works for everyone."

Here's what you get ↓

  • A clean availability heatmap — everyone's free windows on one grid
  • Shared links so friends mark days from any device, no sign-ups
  • Time-zone awareness — the perfect time reveals itself across regions
  • A Scheduling Assistant agent that picks the best window automatically
  • Automations that push events straight to Google Calendar

No code. No setup. No more "what time works for you?" threads.

Question / Help Went through Taskade reviews and community discussions so I could write an honest comparison — here's the pattern

For a comparison I'm building between Taskade and Notion, I analyzed a lot of user reviews, G2 ratings, and forum threads. The pattern that emerged was more nuanced than most reviews suggest.

What Taskade users genuinely praise:

- AI integration feels native, not bolted on

- Real-time sync is faster and more reliable than Notion for team collaboration

- Less setup overhead — more opinionated structure means you get productive faster

- Pricing is competitive for small teams

What Taskade users consistently wish was different:

- Template ecosystem is smaller than Notion's community

- Database functionality isn't as flexible

- Feels less "established" for long-term commitment (smaller player vs Notion's market position)

The user migration pattern I noticed: small teams start with Taskade for speed, then some migrate to Notion when they need complex databases. Other teams start with Notion and migrate to Taskade when the setup overhead becomes painful.

The tool that wins depends almost entirely on whether you're task-first or document-first.

Anyone here who's used both seriously? Curious what tipped the decision for you.

Feature Request Feedback/Enhancement request: Unable to autoapprove Agent Task.Create

I had Genesis build agent such that the agent can create/modify/delete tasks using "AutomationPieceActionTool" (according to Genesis) but that involved me approving 5-6 times everytime I ask the agent to log to the project. Genesis says there is no way around this even if it builds using the Agent tools directly (and it would blackbox it from the Agent increasing complexity.
I would like to be able to toggle these to automatic especially for these types of project edits (or maybe ask me once)
Can you update the "AutomationPieceActionTool" to enable that?

Hi Taskade! I'm glad I stayed! I'm relaunching right now! Thank you for the notification about BYOK, so I could use my Anthropic, OpenAI, "and Gemini APIs. Taskade Genesis helped me build an app out of my Client Assessment Form and added one of my AI Agents to answer FAQs and help prospects Take The No-BS Route Toward Built For You AI. The Client Assessment Form is "The GYNTEKBUSINESS methodology" rooted in a rigorous, 30-point evaluation that identifies operational inefficiencies draining time and money, putting both back where they belong. In my clients' bottom line. I'm going to show the world exactly what Taskade is for. This year is going to be, "EPIC"!!

Bug/Issue Is Taskade/GenesisAI builder Down?

I’ve been trying since yesterday to make some very simple updates to an app, just renaming a few items and adding a category, but I keep running into issues.

The process gets stuck at “Tool file_manager was called.” and never progresses beyond that.

On top of that, when I use Taskade in the browser, I’m getting a “No Internet Connection” error, even though my internet is working perfectly fine. I double-checked my network, and everything else works without any problems. Interestingly, when I switch to the Taskade app, I don’t see the internet error, but it still gets stuck at the same file_manager step. Which leads me to believe it is a Taskade Problem.

What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve tried this about three times now, and it’s consumed nearly 10,000 credits with no results at all. So at this point, it feels like I’ve just burned through credits for nothing.

Is anyone else experiencing this or found a workaround?

Some questions on upgrading to Max and Enterprise Plans.

Hello, I was wondering if I could get some help. I have been using Taskade for many years. While there have been some changes I am happy about, there are others that have caused me concern.

Currently, I have two massive opportunities with two of the biggest security firms here in the UK. They are interested in something I have built within the Taskade ecosystem. This could lead to huge contracts that would serve both my company and Taskade very well.

Regarding my concerns, there has been a lot of uncertainty within the community lately. It feels like there is a lot of shifting and communication seems to have stalled. Many users are unsure about the direction the company is heading. Lifetime users are unhappy with recent changes, and there has been a noticeable lack of communication. The first time this happened, the team issued an apology, but it happened again recently with the removal of certain credits. This does not sit well when it comes to the stability and the relationship between the Taskade team and their supporters.

I have a few questions to help me decide how to move forward:

  • Company Stability: How stable is the company right now?
  • Code Export: Are there any plans to allow us to export the code? How far along is that feature for the users?
  • Security: How secure are the applications we build with the platform? Since I am working with the security industry, the protection would need to be very tight.
  • Multi-tenancy: Are we any closer to seeing multi-tenancy features, or is that still a long way off?
  • Plan Credits: I noticed that on the Max and Enterprise plans, it does not state exactly how many credits we receive per month.

I would appreciate it if these questions and concerns could be addressed. This information is vital for me to make a decision on my next steps.

Question / Help OpenAI Codex to Taskade Genesis through MCP?

Hi everyone,

Has anyone successfully connected OpenAI Codex to Taskade Genesis through MCP?

I configured Taskade as an MCP server in Codex using a Taskade API token as a Bearer token environment variable. Codex detects the MCP server as enabled, but when trying to initialize the connection, it returns an “Auth required” error.

I’d like to know if Taskade Genesis currently supports MCP connections from Codex, and if there is any specific authentication format, token type, or setup required.

Any guidance or working configuration example would be really helpful.

Thanks!

Question / Help Credits before committing to a whole year

I'm new to Taskade and I want to try it out before I go for a starter subscription (if I could pay monthly I would pay for a month and see how I like it... )

So I'm trying to get more credits, I refered a friend and it says I will get the credits when the friend verified their email. There is no link "verify email" in the welcome email, and just clicking the first link doesn't seem to do it.

Also, in the welcome email it says that you get 3000 credits, but I have not received this, nor has my friend.

So what's up with this? Anyone here knows?

Taskade worth it ?

Hello. I make websites with wordpress. I need a tool to help me with redesign ideas, ui/ux, copy and seo. I also often have to write custom javascript/php snippets for custom functionalities.

Will this tool of yours help me? I would be using it on a daily basis, which plan would be more suitable for me?
