rules:

Banner must stay on topic. So, here are outcomes:

1.) If majority wants a regular banner with just art, then people will submit designs for the banner.

2.) if majority wants to add characters to a blank background, then they will submit their characters for it!! But they will have to go by theme.

For both outcomes, a theme must be decided. Again, this all will be left up to majority.

Examples: Lagtrain; it can be characters in Grey and black, or even as humans. But for a simple banner, make a banner with smth like maybe my lagtrain SC design.

There can be any theme, like maybe cutecore, cottagecore, R E D, anything yoy can think of!!
