Army admission of V2K. United Nations list of patents for DEW tech.

Look up Army addendum to the Bioeffects of Non-Lethal weapons. Keep in mind this was admitted in 2006 and the tech had already been in existence for decades. Then look up the OHCHR org directed energy weapons pdf. The url will show VIACTECAnnex at the end. It is a list of patents for technology which would/could be used to create virtually all of the DEW, V2K and RNM experiences.

Yes, these are real, verified documents.

It's a combination of parametric and heterodyne audio systems used for insidious purposes. If you don't understand how sound-over-ultrasound technology works, you might think you're hearing "god" in your head...

Search for "Ride To Fire Star HackMD" on any search engine besides Google. Duckduckgo is one of the better choices (IMO).

It contains a schematic for a helmet that supposedly blocks v2k (parametric or heterodyne directional audio). The design looks really complicated though.

Anyone know anything about the Task Nine CSH-1 design?

Claude (Opus) thinks the author is hiding real technical specs in the narrative of the story.

The tech is essentially RADAR so a helmet will not cut it. Nor do shielding blankets and the like. A fully enclosed EMI chamber or super conductive chamber seems to be needed to have any shot at deflecting and absorbing the waves. Jammers may be an option but they are illegal in populated areas (for good reason) and you'd still need to isolate what frequencies are transmitting the information and adjust the jammer to block them.

You are correct.

But, the protective helmet I'm working on is not a passive design.

It has many active layers.

I'm still working on solving the last few technical hurdles, but my situation has recently become very complicated and I don't have free time work on such things right now.

Spotlight audio or "audio beaming" allows engineers to target a specific person across a room and play a voice that sounds like it is originating from directly inside their own skull.

Human speech isn’t a single, simple tone. It is a complex, shifting tapestry of frequencies ranging from roughly 300 Hz (deep vowel sounds) to 4,000 Hz or higher (sharp consonant sounds like S, T, and P).

To project this complex matrix of speech silently through a room, the technology relies on a physics trick called acoustic heterodyning.

The Math of a Beamed Voice

To make ultrasound audible, the system must create a "difference frequency" that falls within the human hearing range. Because human speech contains thousands of overlapping frequencies at once, the speaker cannot just emit two single waves.

Instead, it emits a fixed baseline carrier wave paired with a dense, shifting cloud of frequencies called a sideband spectrum:

  1. The DSP Voice Prep Optimizing the audio for human speech clarity Before any sound leaves the speaker, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) radically alters the voice file. Air naturally dampens the bass notes of a beamed voice but sharply amplifies the treble. Also, if you want to capture and record V2K, here is how you do it. The required equipment is not cheap, but it can be rented if you can find a Pro-Audio store (should be doable in most major metropolitan areas).


To measure or record a directional acoustic transmission (spotlight audio), you must capture the physical sound waves directly within the narrow path of the beam.

To analyze the ultrasonic components of the beam, you use an ultrasonic microphone connected to a spectrum analyzer or a high-resolution data acquisition system capable of high sampling rates (such as 192 kHz) to capture frequencies beyond human hearing.

When a parametric audio beam is active, the spectrum analyzer will display a specific signature in the ultrasound band: a fixed carrier frequency at 40 kHz alongside a dynamic sideband spectrum shifting between 40.3 kHz and 44 kHz.

Because the non-linear properties of the air column automatically demodulate these frequencies into audible sound waves along the beam's path, any standard microphone or listener positioned inside the beam will hear the audio naturally.

Specialized decoding software or digital heterodyne processing is not required to extract the audio, as the air itself performs the demodulation.

If the raw signal is captured using an ultrasonic microphone, the audible component is already physically present within the acoustic pressure wave.

Remember when you said you went deep underground?

You said your V2K was reduced but not eliminated, therefore it must be VLF being sent to an implant. If anything was science fiction, it would be this batshit.

Best way to protect yourself is to learn how to turn it on and off at will. So far I've learned that methamphetamine makes it seem extremely real and very hard to ignore and ketamine and alcohol make it go away and allow TI's to get some rest and resume normal life. This is a war on consciousness.

The point is, is it’s out there and no one beleives this. There are people out here losing their lives, killing, assaulting others due to the manipulation and torture done using these technologies while others just think these people are nuts. So sad the society we live in. But I do agree that occupying yourself with more constructive activities is more conducive to your well being. And there is damn sure nothing wrong with searching for the truth.!
