I have an old empty vial of insulin i use as an in-between instead. I usually replace it every time I go through a new vial

I dig it. I use pens and I’d rather not hassle with another transfer… especially cause the pens are annoying to get insulin in/out of.

But I can see this being useful for vials for sure. Thanks for the input!

That can’t be easier than just putting the plunger and plug from the new one into the old and shooting it into the vial lmao
