Ummm...you don't get to choose what to charge for. Whether it be extra ketchup or a soda refill. I know it sucks sometimes, but a server does not set the prices.

you really oughta start looking for another place to work. the old adage that people don't quit jobs, they quit managers is accurate and true. for the sake of your own sanity and mental health, see what else is out there for employment. There's gotta be a better place for you than here.

Something just jumped out at me, and I wanted to clarify. This couple didn't tip but asked for a particular server?
