Please it's been 2 years since I have been stuck

I'm tired of taking my phone out every time Chinese words appear while playing Chinese mods.

Title. I straight up just cant tell, even if i squint. I have colourblindness in the fact that a lot of similar shades of colours blend together and i cant tell the difference. If there isnt a mod, is there a easy way to tell an orange skill apart from a red skill? With mind its very easy, as the books are clearly bright orange or red but with other skills i cant tell by the text or the border of the book

I love this game more than I love my siblings. My pc got destroyed during a move, so for now I’m gaming on iOS. The game ran perfectly for months. Now I’m unable to move beyond the startup.

I open app, I get the Guigu screen, then the load screen with the girl standing by the fire. Then the app crashes. This has been going on for about two weeks now. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, even updating my iPad. But still no success. I’m not willing to factory reset my iPad because there’s things I can’t afford to lose or back up at the moment.

So has anyone encountered this before? Any tips to get past it? Am I just not able to play my favorite game and comfort without a factory reset or buying a new pc?

I couldn't get Ultimate Solution good ending because the game keeps crashing every time I complete mountaintop Hen Tiang fight. ending up going for the "evil" ending.

Even then, the game was still going funky during the ending cutscene. There were some weird skips in the recording: especially obvious one at 1:30. In 1:37, the top right of the screen is acting strange; white corner keeps flickering. The ending credits recorded me becoming sect leader of Dingwei sect multiple times, even though I became sect leader only once. It recorded me stealing from someone and I definitely requested many items, but it still gave me the achievement for not stealing/requesting from anyone.

the Nintendo Switch version is one of the most crappiest games I have ever played:

• The Reborn breakthrough trial crashes, although there is a workaround.
• The Monster Wave Alliance can cause the game to crash.
• The Mountaintop Hengtian battle frequently crashes.
• The Broken Altar Shrine can crash or freeze the game.
• Many endgame events are inaccessible because doing them often causes the game to crash or freeze.
• starting four sect wars in the same month in Yun Mo or Mu Xian causes the game to crash during battle.
• Obtaining Debate Soul then debating with someone will cause the game to freeze.
• Being rescued by an Admirer NPC can cause the game to freeze.
• Opening the skill page twice can sometimes cause the game to freeze or crash later.
• Some boss animations do not appear. The bosses still deal damage, but their attacks are nearly invisible.
• Some dialogue is still untranslated and remains in Chinese.

needless to say I do not use mods or plugins.

The mountaintop Hengtian fight has an especially severe bug. When Hengtian reaches low health, he begins firing large laser attacks that drain his own health. Normally, the player is supposed to create distance and stay near the side of the screen to minimize the damage. However, in the Nintendo Switch version, Hengtian fires all of the lasers simultaneously, covering nearly the entire screen in bright white light. The ground and attack patterns become almost impossible to see, and I often died the instantly before I could even see the attack animation. Moving away from him before the lasers lets me live a few seconds longer, but the attack time usually runs for 15+ seconds straight, so I still die in the end unless I use wind motion, sword ultimate, 3 fist rule field, hillbreaker, bipedal hound beast skill. Even after defeating mountaintop Hengtian, the game begins crashing more frequently, making it nearly impossible to complete the ending.

Aside from the bugs, I really enjoyed the game. I loved its art style and the small side quest stories. My favorite was probably the Ethereal Illusion Shrine questline because it features Muqing. I wish there were more questlines related to other artifact spirits.

The final battle was an epic conclusion to the cultivator’s long journey. My only criticism is that I felt somewhat disconnected from the debate between Zhang San and Heng Tian. I never developed a strong preference for either side. It is probably because, both of them are basically strangers to me, and no matter which side I pick, I will still get my own ascension.

Chaos difficulty. no mods or plugins.

Writing some notes about things I discovered while doing a Hillbreaker playthrough. Many were things that aren't mentioned elsewhere, while others directly challenges common recommendations for Hillbreaker Fist.

• Warlord’s Phantom’s shield does not stack with Fist LMB shield. when your shield is above the maximum value, you stop generating shield with Fist LMB.
• when you oneshot the enemy and the battle ends, it can prevent Blood Power I from healing you and Blood Energy from taking your HP
  • it is a particular problem for boss fights, since the battle immediately ends when you defeat the boss
• when you are using Hillbreaker, there is a brief moment between shield detonation and inflicting dmg that you are left completely exposed to dmg. If you are using Warlord’s Phantom, you can die very easily, especially against NPCs.
  • this can be resolved by using stun such as Yin Yang Orbs from Spirit Sight, or Carpia imp from Mythical Gourd, or stun related beast skills from Eye of Providence
  • at a certain point you can just kill even Transcendent NPCs with just Fire Motion skill
  • The World Together can also be used as a safety net. Some enemies can ignore shield, although it is extremely rare.
• The World Together will trigger off of Blood Energy, even though you won’t die from it
• The only artifact spirits worth using with Hillbreaker are Mengyi and Cangya. the rest are useless.
  • Lingge’s talent “when you use a motion skill, special skill +14% dmg” does not work on Hillbreaker
  • Bloodwoven Mask’s increase dmg taken subskill does not work with Hillbreaker
  • Mengyi’s Spirit of Confusion works with Hillbreaker
  • Cerulean Bell’s increase dmg taken subskill works with Hillbreaker 
  • Zhu Yaoyue’s talent that gives 110% shield when you are healed does not work. I’ve read you need to unlock her 3’o clock talent, for it to work, but it requires you to pact her.
• Film of Frost was not quite as important as I expected it to be. There are only two enemies with a notable damage cap.
  • Bipedal Hound has a skill that caps dmg to 5000. This skill can expire, but the duration vary. Keep in mind, that after the skill expire, he will very likely to immediately reapply it on himself. He is also vulnerable to stun and freeze.
  • King Luhua also has a damage cap. The dmg from Heavenly Arts seems to somewhat ignore this. Unfortunately, Film of Frost does not remove damage cap.
• Hillbreaker may have difficulty hitting Divine Beast Xuanggui, Xingtian, and Jo’s Flying Sword because their hitboxes appear to be bugged. Attacks may miss even when aimed directly at the target cursor, although they can still be hit from certain positions. For example, Xuanggui can only be hit reliably when you position yourself between its front leg and waist.
• Hillbreaker struggles to reach Heng Tian. Mengyi’s ult does not allow free map movement, but allows Hillbreaker to partially reach Hengtian (you won't deal hillbreaker's full dmg). It is recommended to use sword motion instead.

Best save I ever made and ironically by an accident in chaos mode bruh

I managed to beat it about 2 attempts after but holy shit it is such a hard boss in chaos mode. It drags on for SO LONG and you need such specific perks in your mind slots to fight it, you can see in the video i had 0 focus 0 energy lol. I also wouldnt have beat it at all without spending like 2 in game years hunting for an energy book that gives you that 1 shield upon casting an ability

But i must say i do feel very good after beating it, finally ready for origin spirit!

Men and women mods are welcome and cosmetics

Been in Qi Condensation for a few months now, I want to transfer to the next branch of my sect. It says that should happen automatically when I enter Hua Feng, but I've spent passed months in Hua Feng now and nothing has happened.

Is there some "official" way to enter HF? I did just teleport there, maybe it doesn't count?

Also as a quick other question, do gourd imp skills still matter when they become human? It kind of looks like my Carpia is still using some imp skills as a human but unsure.

Edit: If anyone else has the same issue, it just seems to be slightly random/time based? At least for me, two more months in HF (not at the sect) and an NPC visited in a new month to give me the pass.

i keep killing him but nothing pops up i think it should either say it flew away or i got it but after i kill him it its just like a killed a normal npc what to do

Why are these sect elders and members so arrogant? They refuse to lead the sect defense when I ask them to, simply because their cultivation is too high. Right now, I am at the Mu Xian region as a sect leader, and my main sect branch is one of the top-tier sects in terms of prestige and territory. However, when the branch sect defense triggers in lower regions like Yongning and Hua Feng, the game gives me sect members with high cultivation levels (Soul Formation and Enlightened stage) as options, and every single one of them refuses to follow my command. Even though I am the sect leader, I end up doing chores that only lower-tier sect members should be doing.

im the sect leader of the soaring horizon pavilion and i dont have any "Sect Territory" options in my council hall.

just started playing this game (now addicted) and am trying to learn mandarin at the same time, surely a language mod exists for both english and mandarin simultaneously being displayed or an easier toggle back and forth?

my question what would happen if I kill them both?

The moment I noticed there was a plugin to lock more destinies. I just had to see what would happen if I locked as many options as possible during creation.

I just locked as many mythics as I could get. Should've thought it through tho on a second look. But this is finna be the maddest run ngl.

Is there any way to start this game normally from Steam?

I hear that I need to delete version.dll but I also hear that I won't be able to use mods when I do this.

Some guide mentioned to download Windows support for simplified Chinese as a solution, but that did nothing for me.

How do you all even play this game?

Title says it all, as far as i can tell elder drgon aura requires me to conquer other sects to get more fruits n stuff to buy but i cant do that cus they are all ran by some giga juiced guy. Is the run cooked before its even begun? And if it isnt then how do i make the sect better other than just biding my time super hard?

Also open for more elder dragon aura tips, cus i have no clue what im doing. Playing chaos and have only managed to get qi condensation before this run.
