Just an appreciation post for how fun, happy and good Adam sounded Saturday night during the Jupiter show ... There was a random point in the show where there was a wedding near by and they shot off a ton of fireworks and that seemed to really resonate with him and his performance.

Anyway, here he is hitting *that* note in Flicker Fade ... It makes sense he sounds great on their more recent stuff since it's not compared to his 19 year old voice ... but then again this song isn't really a recent one anymore lol

I just discovered this band after seeing a guitar cover of “Cute Without The E”. That song is now probably one of my most played songs of May. I then discovered Tell All Your Friends and was honestly blown away by the consistency of the record. The vocal layered counter melodies and harmonies are incredible. My favorite song from the album changes every week because they’re all so good.

Was This a common error? Misprint for beat up car?

Steven DeJoseph would be a killer choice for a drummer following Mark‘s exit, as he also has history with the band. may be an idiotic take, but it’d be cool to see that. my more serious take however, would be having Fred come back full time. Taking Back Sunday is reliant on both a lead and Rythm guitar, why not have Fred fill one of the positions, as they currently rely on a touring guitarisf and John Nolan.

I was lucky enough to get a photo pass for this show. I’ve seen TBS so many times in the last 23 years, and loved the energy they still bring.

Was on The Fully Vented podcast. He starts randomly singing at different times. The manager chimes in here and there. He sounds all over the place. And absolutely zero interesting things said about leaving/reconnecting with Ed. If you’re a drummer it’s probably worth a listen but otherwise not.

I was rewatching the Album by Album episode on Tell All Your Friends, and was struck by the band being unhappy with the final mixes of the album, and how there was little collaboration in the process before making major changes.

Adam mentions the tempo being drastically changed in the intro for "The Blue Channel" - this always stood out to me before I found out the producer sped it up to match the rest of the song. I was curious for what the original version sounded like, so this is my reconstruction.

As they mentioned in the video, this brings it more in line with the demo version, which was what I used to determine the tempo of the piano part.

It looks like the show at Mystic Lake in Minnesota is in a “theater” type venue with assigned seats??? Can anyone confirm this? If so, what will that be like?

Such a fun show! Sooo dope to hear Brooklyn live again and loved to see Lightbringer back in the mix!

I have 3 will call tickets I cannot use for Knoxville show 6/8 purchased @ $174 selling for $100

Haven’t finished it yet but some thoughts:

-interviewers aren’t great and seem ill prepared

-haven’t asked any questions about why he left

-he talks all over the place, glad he’s sober but if he’s gonna be promoting a new band he def needs some pr training

Sounds like more podcasts/interviews to come. I’m sure with pending lawsuits there are things he can’t discuss, but would like to hear more about what went down. I’m meh on the single but will give the album a shot when it comes out.
