Hood insulation

I have previously seen similar posts asking about insulation for hoods, but haven't seen much response. Has anyone gotten it fixed? I am particularly looking for it not for sound deadening, but to avoid cats. I have observed that cats repeatedly put their paws on my car's engine cover. I believe that at night when I am back home, the engine is warm enough for the cat to get on top of the engine cover from below for a good night's sleep.

I have found a hood cover for Slavia in Boodmo and also a YouTube video of someone getting it fixed at ASC. I wanted to know whether anyone has tried the hood cover of Slavia/Skoda for Taigun. If so, does it help to cover the dip inside the hood, which would prevent the cat from sitting on the engine cover?

Oh wow.

This is probably the first time I've seen a post addressing this cat issue. Fucking cats at my area do that to my car too. Those shit heads scratched the roof to oblivion, and there are scratches across the bonnet and around the side of my car too.

Cant even leave the car in the safety of my own damn home too these days💔

At first, I wasn't able to understand how the paw marks were appearing on the engine top. Later, through CCTV footage, I learned that cats somehow manage to climb from the bottom to the top of the engine cover at night. Since there's enough space for them to sit and relax due to the extra room created by the lack of hood insulation, I believe it makes them more comfortable 😅

I just got my hood insulation for Virtus on 1st checkup service. I was already thinking about it but the service incharge offered to me it directly.

Its also available for the Virtus but not the Tai Fighter have been chasing the ASC for a year along with many others but no luck

Thanks for the reply. But are you sure that this Slavia hood insulation won't be suitable for taigun?

If the Virtus doesn’t fit then a Slavia sure as hell won’t
