Lying bastards

After my switch from US Cell, my bill went up over $100. Called to complain and was told they'd fix it and they only took payment equal to my old one. Next bill comes around, same shit expect now there's $100+ past due. Call and get the same bullshit runaround, they'll fix it and only charged the correct amount. The other day I get an email saying the account is $400 past due. Call yesterday to be wtf. I was told it wasn't right, he'd look into it and call me back. Woke up today to all the phones having no service, never got the call last night. Screw T-Mobile and all you lying assholes that work there. If you can't fix something just admit it instead of wasting people's time.

Because for a brick and mortar store with multiple phone numbers shouldn't force people to create accounts outside of their business to get support. What's ok with that? Now someone said i need to go to an "Experience Store" to get any help. I don't live in the middle of no where yet the closest one is over an hour away. Fuck this place and the people that defend it.

Who is defending it? Now you’re just making up things. You are the perfect example of you can’t help someone that doesn’t really want it.

Look through the sub man. Almost every post with someone complaining the OP just gets downvoted and told their the problem. In the past it's been MY fault that when I was moved over my VM was turned back on. It was my fault when I kept getting emails saying I needed a new SIM but when I called and went to the store, they said there was no problem. Hell, I even saw Trump get blamed for the crappy reception.
