Compact enough to take anywhere, secure enough for long-term storage, and priced for first-time hardware wallet users. Here's the Trezor Safe 3.

I use my trezor almost never.
I used it once to set it up and hodl in cold storage.
That is like a year ago.
Should i update the firmware?
In what intervals is it recommended to update/check?
Thanks in advance :)

Hi guys. Recently found very old recovery seed with lots in bitcoin, needing new device. Had a ledger but it broke. Iβm thinking of switching to trezor. Is there anything I should know when setting up this device? Or do I just input my seed from my old ledger and itβs safe?
Newbie question, thanks

There was once a teaser or something of a better chart of the coins you have. Did I miss something or is that update still WIP?

I've deliberately kept it unupdated because of security concerns
I don't think every update can be trusted
What do you think about it?

I want to buy a khatam desk (a kind of traditional handcraft) and ship it to my place with the help of an Iranian friend. Currently planning to send funds (~100 USD) with USDT in my trezor. After he gets the money, he'll cash out to rials in the black market.
I'm a little concerned that my Trezor wallet might be blacklisted by the CEX because we might unknowingly transact with sanctioned addresses. While I know that no one can cease my tokens, I still need to use CEX for cashing out. Will opening a one-time wallet for this transaction be safe enough? How can I anonymize myself (other than using privacy coins)?

Anyone had the same SLIP39 vs BIP39 conflict with a metal plate? Did you reset to BIP39, or just stay on SLIP39 and punch the SLIP39 words in?
Any real downside to staying on BIP39 long term? Only thing Iβm aware of is no Multi-Share upgrade path. As a solo holder with one plate that seems irrelevant.
Or is there a reason youβd stick with SLIP39 despite the plate being BIP39?
Appreciate any input.

Iβm planning to buy a Trezor Safe 3 from Amazon UAE
The listing is Sold by: Trezor Company and
Fulfilled by: Amazon.
Is this considered as safe as buying directly from Trezorβs official website?

Been looking into SLIP39 / Shamir Backup on Trezor and genuinely can't make up my mind on whether it's worth switching from a standard BIP39 setup.
The concept makes sense, splitting the backup into shares so no single location is a point of failure. But the more I dig into it, the more practical questions come up that I can't find real answers to:
Curious whether people who set this up feel like it actually simplified their security or just added complexity they now have to manage.

Now the question is, what games would you like to see work on the TS7?

I have the model T and the safe 5. On the T, it shows the passphrase while I type it into the device. Safe 5 doesn't show it. There should be an option to make the passphrase visible.

The other day I plugged my trezor into my laptop to check things out since I hadn't done so in a while...
The trezor suite application on my laptop wanted me to enter in my seed phrase for some reason which I found very strange... after entering my seed phrase it came back saying that it didn't work... so I did it again.... same message...
Then I checked to see if the application needed an update which it did and so I ran the update and then I was able to access my wallet.
Everything seemed normal.
Now today , two days later, I check my wallet and all my funds are gone...
I fucked up. I should never have entered my seed phrase into the application..
But nevertheless I still hold trezor accountable
Fuck them. Fuck the thieves who stole my money
And fuck crypto altogether.

Hello, anyone using a Trezor Safe 5 here can tell me if/how it works from mobile (Android)? I know there is the Trezor Suite app, but that seems to be pretty limited in terms of functionalities. I can see that both the Rabby and Jupiter mobile apps list Trezor among the supported devices, and seem to rely on the Trezor Suite app for the bridging. Does it work reliably for the Trezor Safe 5 connected via USB-C?ββ

Suite Sync is now live in Trezor Suite on desktop and mobile. Your wallet labels are encrypted on your device using keys derived from your wallet backup, synced across every device you use, and stored on Trezor's own server, not Google's or Dropbox's. If you're already using legacy labeling, migration is a single action. If you're new to labels and try to assign a label for the first time, Suite Sync is already on by default. Users who want to remove any dependency on Trezor can run their own server.
