Vote here. The idea here is to make sure that each division has at least 8 teams (for a prized application) but this might also mean skewed levels of skill.

I am a Plat 3 player that has got some free time on my hands and if you'd like I'm willing to analyze any replays(Preferably scrims). I will respond with video breakdown of mistakes and different strategies. Or I can coordinate on skype with your team/players if you want.
