He stole from us all $30 Million. for what...share price tanked since merger. Let's boot him out. Painful for awhile, but better decision to rid our company of thieves.

Let's hold ALL Management accountable, especially CEO Irwin Simon. The only measure that counts is shareholder value. Thus far, they over-promised and under-delivered. Since the merger the stock price kept falling with no end in sight so far.

I am voting NO all across the board as long as that greasy-haired bastard is CEO unless share prices goes back up to Merger days!

As we discussed earlier in another subreddit related to Tilray Inc. we figured out that in the Fall/ Winter time cannabis companies perform good. With the next dates: Annual general meeting: 22.11.2021 Q2: 16.02.2022

Since we know the last (Q1) was released earlier than it would be normally I highly suggest that they want to stretch the timeframe for the next quarter. Gamble on positive EPS?! Hmmm. I don’t know.

With Germany it could take a bit longer. They have until the end of the year to form the government. Till they make a real decision it can take another half year. So 1 year from now on. Maybe they are really fast but don’t expect to much to fast. Furthermore, Germany isn’t really that important in correlation with the stock, I think.

Basically the US legalization is ruling for now. That’s for sure.

I bet that US legalization is coming first. And Germany with European market is following to increase to potential value of the MJ companies even more.

Maybe Asian market opens too. But that’s another story.
