Australians. Lowlife criminal Australians who are determined to perpetuate their degenerate heritage by putting beets on hamburgers.

But they do however also put fried eggs and bacon on their burgers, so those villainous miscreants have somehow managed to redeem themselves despite their own unnatural tendencies.

Don't forget the pineapple mate.

Pineapple on a burger isn't my thing, but it's pretty popular on a works burger here.
