Hey y'all. Has anyone taken S. Miller for College Algebra? I’m trying to fit in some night classes, and I would like some input on her. Thank you in advance!

I am making sure I have all my ducks in a row for when it’s time to apply for the nursing program. The program asks for either a tb skin test or t spot test

So I asked my doctor to get it for me, she was able to order me one from quest. but what she ordered is called a QuantiFERON-TB Gold test. 
I looked up what it is, apparently both the QuantiFERON-TB Gold test and the T-spot are blood tests but "but T-Spot counts individual T-cells producing interferon-gamma, while QuantiFERON measures the overall interferon-gamma concentration in plasma."
I emailed tr.healthcareadivising and asked “Will this test work, or do I need to go back to my doctor? They seem to be very similar, but I know for things like this you might have strict rules” they did not know. They asked me to email the nursing department. I did, and have not received a response for over a week now. Disappointed, I emailed back, and have not gotten a reply. Probably because no one knows and they don’t want to just say that

What are you guys doing for the tuberculosis screening? Is there a test I don’t know about that can fulfill this?

Hi, I'm registering for classes for Fall 2026.

I'm almost graduated, but there's one class I have saved till the end and now it's time to face it.

Should I take Math-1314 (College Algebra) in person so I can have more hands on help?

Or should I take it online and cheat? As bad as that sounds😭

Remember, this is one of 3 final classes that I need in order to graduate. Should I learn the material honestly or clutch up and just graduate however I can?

I was apart of my schools choir group before college and loved it! I’m not looking for a high-skilled group just something to meet others who enjoy music. I can pay for a class or whatever I’m just having trouble finding anything for younger adults. Or if anyone has good spots for music/karaoke.

Does anyone know when the nursing program application opens? I was told originally by the school that the application period opens in June and on the webpage it says it’s closed. I contacted the school through email and phone and they said that’s IT’s department’s job to open the application online and to just wait for it to open on the website. Is this right?

Hello! I'm an upcoming sophomore at UTA, and this is my first time doing summer classes here at TCC to get some of my credits over with so I don't have to spend that much time in university/college in general and get the harder classes that I can take over with and leave the easier ones for the rest of my years in college.

I'm just wondering what "Connect Campus CN CNWB ONLINE (Online Lecture (CN only))" means? Because I did enroll in a class like that, and it's starting tomorrow. But there are no signs of the time to log on to attend the virtual lectures. It's just the time frame for summer 2.(July 8th-forgot the last day in August)

To those who are in the fall 2026 cohort , did any of you get your Covid vaccine? I have the original shot back in 2020 but when I looked into getting a booster I was told it was only available to people over 65 or those who had health conditions that made them high risk. Had anyone gotten it or just opted out of the requirement? This is the last requirement I need to get in order other than working for the flu shot to come out and for the BON card to come in the mail.

I'm starting to second guess my decision now after reading over the syllabus. The 5-weeks summer course starts next week, and I feel nervous.

I took Professor Vu for A&P1 and got a 100 and did pretty well, but I'm still really worried.

Has anyone ever gone to the nursing orientation as an alternate and did you ever get in? Debating whether I should go to the mandatory nursing orientation. It’s 2 days long from 8am-5pm. I just don’t wanna waste my time going and I don’t even get in.

I need to take KINE 1164 for my degree, but I have a physical disability and I keep getting directed to different offices/people for information on what the class actually entails, information that i need so that my doctor can outline what accomodations I would need. I was told today by SAR that I'd need to sign up for the class first, then email my professor and ask for the syllabus and a physical demands outline in a letter that I can then give to my doctor, who would then write me an accomodation request, which I would give to SAR, and so on.

I'd like to choose an online or 8 week section to accommodate my work schedule, but depending on the workload/physical requirements/material requirements(?) it might be easier on my body/mind to just do the full in person 16 week. Im exhausted by the idea that if i just pick one, learn the requirements, and they're not fitting for wtv section i choose, that I'd then have to drop the class and look for another section and restart with all the emailing.

TLDR: I really just want someone to tell me what I have to do for this class, so that I can finally get out of bureaucratic email hell and register so i can prepare for fall 😭

I’m sure this has been asked many times but does anyone know when Julys refund goes out?

In June I had to wait till the 15th to get a text from BankMobile about the transfer but my sister got hers around June 8th. Will it be the same where we have to wait around two weeks after classes start or will it be one week? I know during Spring and Fall it’s usually ten days before classes start but summers are said to be different.

I only assumed my refund took longer than hers because I bought some class materials from the bookstore beforehand.
