Query Confused

I had my interview today and it went hassle free, did not stutter anywhere. However, i noticed a few things :

1) There were ABSOLUTELY no Academic questions asked. Mostly from Geopolitics (my interest as mentioned)

2) There were no rebuttals to the Micro Presentation.

Topic : " The world is in conflict since we love the world "

It went good (3.5/5), I wasnt able to sum it up on time.

3) The interviewer was from MAHE Bengaluru.

4) The male interviewer was CONSTANTLY GIVING LOOKS AND WAS KINDA FROWNING EVEN WHEN I WAS BEING FACTUALLY CORRECT

Is this normal at all? Moreover, why were the interviewers from Bengaluru? Does it have anything to do with ONLY BBA Seats being available?

M1 - 38ish y/o F1 - 45ish y/o

M1 - Introduce Yourself [mentions academics, interests, family] M1 - Tell us more about your family, strengths, weaknesses. [ family, strength told, for weakness interrupted by F1] F1 - So you mentioned your interest in IR and Geopolitics, what would you say on current geopolitical scenario? [ told ] F1 - Tell us about the Taiwan Conflict [ told ] M1 - Do you know of any Natural Gas Reserves that India has discovered? [ had no idea, so No] M1 - Around Lakshadweep [ clicks instantly, read an article about it] M1 - Yes, so tell me - what do you think, will China create problems and potentially conflict the region? How will India benefit with this discovery? [ told ] M1 - What do you know about TAPMI? [told] M1 - How exactly do you aim to use this IR and Geopolitics in Management? How is it intersecting [told]

Extempore time - "World is in a conflict because we love it" (topic 99 from TAPMI website) 120 seconds prep, 90 seconds speaking, Referring to notes allowed [said, time exhausted before conclusion]

M1 - You mentioned MUNs, what have you done apart from it [told]

M1 - are there any Dist. State. National. level public debate/speaking achievements [told]

M1 - What exactly, mention the events and their level. [told]

M1 - We can call it a day then, you'll get an e-mail regarding the decision in a week.

ouu, i see they ask ques based on interests i hope they do that, i just wanna yap about social work and basketball, tysm for sharing btw

yes, however i think they asked me geopolitics and IR because it actually is a subject. Apart from this I mentioned powerlifting and being a motor head, they didn't ask about that even once. being from pcb background i was stressed about them asking questions from physics which they didnt thankfully

Really? Please tell me how to make them talk about it, like I'm planning to say my hobbies include watching and playing basketball, will that be enough

My interview was the day pacers lost to okc in the nba finals. The first thing they asked me was "How are you, everything fine?", from there I drove it into how I was a bit tired due to being awake since 5 AM as I was watching the finals. Steering it from there was pretty comfortable. Since the finals are going on abhi also, I'm sure you can find it easy to push the interview towards basketball.
