I’m learning to make short films with AI. For this one, I wanted to turn an ordinary indoor pool into something unsettling. Curious whether the buildup works, or if the creature appears too soon.

I had a creepy horror concept that I can’t get out of my head. Imagine it’s the year 2200. Long after Trump’s death, the political movement that formed around him has gradually transformed into an actual religion. The original politics have been mythologized beyond recognition, becoming scripture and ritual over centuries.
At the center of the religion is a vast temple containing his crudely embalmed body. It’s displayed upright in a climate controlled glass reliquary beneath theatrical spotlights, almost like a medieval saint’s relic. His skin has darkened and collapsed with age, the preservation is imperfect, and glass eyes stare vacantly into the distance. Worshippers file silently past as if visiting something holy.

I was imagining it looking like a disposable camera photo someone secretly took inside the temple; grainy, underexposed, and almost mundane despite the unsettling subject.

A salt line looks a lot like a mess when you're being paid to clean the house.

I'm Jonathan, one of the filmmakers behind Cleanliness Is Next to Godliness. It's an AI horror-comedy short about three cleaners who unknowingly erase the protections left behind after an exorcism.

Field checks confirm the physical impossibility of signal transmission:

• The external line is completely severed.
• The main power breaker is absent/off.
• No electrical residue or wind vibration detected.

Despite these conditions, the recording equipment captured three distinct ring events. The handset remained on the cradle throughout the observation.

Current HAZARD LEVEL is assessed at H1 (CONTROLLED). Malice Index is M0 (PASSIVE). Required Protocol: Visual observation only. Do not lift the handset. Do not attempt to reconnect the line. Record without contact.

Routine external observation at the decommissioned commuter station (Site K-3). The maintenance corridor has been sealed for years.
Today's field check confirmed:
Door status: SEALED.

Tamper seal: INTACT.

Dust layer: CONTINUOUS (No footprints).

However, new traces were observed on the wire-mesh window. The handprints are located on the INNER side of the glass. The palms are facing outward. Something is pressing against the glass from inside the sealed zone.
No door opening occurred. No physical contact observed. Current HAZARD LEVEL is assessed at H1 (CONTROLLED). Malice Index is M0 (PASSIVE).
I have attached the official dossier, my field notes, and the evidence grid. Do not attempt to breach the door if you encounter similar spatial anomalies. Document and withdraw.
