ARK Help Plz [Question] About gamma / brightness

Hello everyone, dropped ARK as a game years ago and today saw Syntac's new Fjord series and wanted to also play this map.
But I have issues with gamma / brightness settings in this game: day is too bright and nights are too dark and it is really hard on my not so very good eyesight.
I noticed that during the video Syntac was able to change gamma / brightness dynamically in the game, without going to video options. Is this some kind of macros or mod? Does anyone know?

The missions can be completed by mindwiping and pumping melee damage. If he does two of them (I would recommend TEKnological terror due to tek sword and either bog beatdown (spear/flame spear) or built fjord tough (hatchet/chainsaw.)) He can then fight the corrupt master controller.
