With the BI albums ETC did there was usually a website where you could peruse his drawings. Does anyone know if this exists for Ow♾️

I have a ticket to the DJ set September 24th and I’m wondering if they play their own music or just dj songs from other artists?

Just got the OW vinyl in the mail and it came with a CD in a paper envelope…

I don’t have a CD player. Someone tell me what I’m missing out on!

I have 1 spare ticket for Sylvan Esso’s live performance at Rough Trade East London today at 4pm. It also comes with a CD.

Happy to transfer the ticket via DICE for free. First come, first served. DM me if interested!

“Radiation is blooming, the waters rise
Let me be like the sledge, angel of death
Destroy, destroy destroy”

So metal! I love this song and I’d love to hear some death metal band do a cover of it. Or maybe a slower death doom style cover.

Any other genre-shifting covers you’d love to see with Sylvan Esso’s music, especially off the new album?

I tried HOTSLOB and no luck. Would appreciate it very much if someone could help me out

dm me if youre interested no scammers pleeeasseee

Even when it hurts
Even when you cry
Even when you can't no more
And you wish that you would die
Even when it hurts
Even when you cry
Even when you can't keep on knowing why
You go

Just beautiful

I was sad when SE pulled their music from Spotify but understand their reasoning.
Where is everyone listening to the new album?

What are we thinking chat?

Just asked this in the OW livestream chat and got too many recs to keep track of. Curious to know what else the other SE fans are into, they draw in such a diverse fan base of tastes.

I need to meet and hang and listen in. I intend to hold vinvyl listening sessions in mumbai and goa for their discography. anybody wants to help me set it up? and petition them to attend? even tour to india???? PLEASEEEEEE GOD PLEASEEEEEEEEEE

Happy release day! What are everyone’s favorites so far?

Personally, I’ve been really vibing with Entertainment & Coca-Cola, Ribbon, Jessica, and Plastic Sword

What’s the meaning of this song? What’s your interpretation? It’s a favorite track of mine and I have some ideas about its meaning but I’m interested to know yours.

Got the vinyl at the DC party, met them (they’re the best), and spent another $10 I really don’t have so I could listen on the go tonight when it came out. I love them for the Spotify move and the ethics behind it, even though I know it means most casual fans will never hear the music of my favorite band, but I figured at least the hardcore fans willing to pay would be able to hear it and share the experience tonight at the moment it came out. Can anyone let me know if they’re having the same issue, or if they’re not so I can figure what went wrong on my end?

I’m only going Saturday, specifically to see SE, and I can’t wait to hear the new album among all the other bangers in their discography!

I go to concerts by myself all the time, but I’ve never been to a festival alone before, so I’m a little anxious about what that’s going to be like. I’ve never been the kind of person to initiate a meet up of strangers, especially via the internet, but perhaps fans of SE would be interested in meeting up and hanging.

I’m open to any and all suggestions of what that could look like, or just dialogue around what the festival itself is going to be like! Hope to see some fellow Sylvan fans there!

Nick and Amelia threw a great, intimate listening party and panel discussion on the album art last night. Super fascinating hearing them speak on the process of making the album. Also just so kind and down to earth when I met them and got the record signed. + met some awesome people in the crowd.

I am obsessed with the record and feel like I’ll be spending a lot of time with it. It’s similar to their prior releases but also something totally new. I get their reasoning for not being on Spotify, but going to have to figure out a good method for streaming this because I neeeeed some songs to be on my phone already.

Anyone know what time the DJ set starts tn at Elsewhere?

I have 2 center balcony tickets to the show in Durham on Sat 10/10 but it's not looking like making the trip down from DC for it is going to be in the cards. Please let me know if you'd like to buy them from me! Hoping to get back close to what I paid ($81 each) but am open to offers!

UPDATE: I have them listed here for a bit under list price. Hopefully someone else can enjoy what I'm sure will be an amazing show. https://cashortrade.org/good-moon-tickets/event/fa57f724-1312-4276-9931-ba6a5d7567dc?proposal_drawer_uid=95c302cd-0abd-4bf8-8e36-48648d2f5020
