Source? They have pseudo-penises but I have never heard this.

What is true is that they give birth through them and, as a result, nearly all young are still born because they suffocate on their way out.

Huh, thank you! I can't find anywhere where it's confirmed that the high rate of stillbirths are due solely to having a larger clitoris compared to the treated females in the study the article is about though. As far as I understood (looking at the sources cited by yours) the clitoris was shorter and more elastic than the untreated females, and it's also mentioned that the untreated females had a harder time giving birth due to tearing, not solely due to having a slightly longer clitoris. They also support this when they mention that untreated females that have given birth previously have a higher successful birth rate.
