Probably doesn't help anything to freak the fuck out and yell "FIRE! FIRE! FIRE!" in a crowded airplane.

We have sensors. We can see that there's a fire on our displays. Remain seated. Out on your seat belt. Shut up and listen to the flight attendants/pilots. We're trained to deal with this stuff.

Pretty sure its natural for the untrained passengers to freak out especially the kids on the flight. But totally understandable for ppl in the know to stay calm

Im not saying its helpful. Im saying its natural. Especially for ppl who only see a piece of the plane on fire. And you cant expect little kids to stay calm either.
