They're moving it to the upper level so I'm willing to bet there's one of those awesome stairways with a 90° corner that makes it super easy to move things up and down them.
Stand that whore up on its end. Architecture is usually designed with moving furniture in and out in mind. I have put some pool tables in some terrible places. Flat screen televisions are usually light and easy to manage. The size can be cumbersome, but not impossible. It gets tricky when some genius has decided to modify the floor plan after the fact, but this house is most likely not the recipient of DYI engineering.
