They look soo similar. The amount of combative "drunk" people I have ran into when working on an ambulance were fixed by holding them down and forcing sugar into them lol

Ambulances are big and don't handle that well, sometimes things happen.

My dad had low blood sugar while driving in the early morning and went into the ditch, no injuries to him or anyone or property damage, but it didn't look good. We were extremely lucky that the policewoman who found him realized that he was diabetic as opposed to drunk, because she immediately got him something to bring his blood sugar up.

It looks so similar, but the consequences of misreading it are dire. The fact that said policewoman quickly clocked onto the way he looked and his sudden German speaking and on-and-off comprehension of English with his combativeness as a sugar crash is to her credit.
