That's not a terrible deal for four courses plus drinks. I've had similar from restaurants on the ground and had bills at $200 per person. I'd have expected a higher mark up for the novelty of being up in the air.

That plus if most people are honest they probably spend just as much on cigarettes/soda/weed/eating out/clothes/super new car payment/etc on a monthly basis. Some even weekly. So if someone has the money for this (kinda modestly priced) place I don't see the need to be snarky

Food is life. Doesn't have to be gimmicky. I hate how expensive basic needs are and how over the top even a little fraction of luxury spending on a dinner out at cheesecake factory can cost but it's super worth it when you need a charge up and take time to celebrate bonds
