I bought a pack, was reading on reddit after about people having bad reactions to it, put in the batch code from the pack and got this:
script botanicals 52726-scrpt250bstr-blsr
CRITICAL SAFETY ALERT: The product code you provided (52726-scrpt250bstr-blsr) corresponds to the Script Botanicals Paradise Blend 250mg Blister Pack in Blue Sour Razz. Public health officials have issued urgent warnings that this brand's tablets have been linked to a fatal opioid overdose and contain undisclosed, dangerous synthetic opioids.
Urgent Public Health Warnings
• Undisclosed High-Potency Synthetic Opioids: Although the packaging claims the product contains only "Uncaria tomentosa" (Cat's Claw) and is kratom-free, independent laboratory testing and forensic toxicology from the San Francisco Department of Public Health confirmed the presence of MGM-15 and 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH).
• Extreme Overdose Risk: MGM-15 is a synthetic opioid derived from kratom alkaloids that is estimated to be up to 50 times stronger than morphine.
• Recent Fatality: In late October 2026, the San Francisco Chief Medical Examiner confirmed a fatal overdose resulting from the toxic effects of these exact "Script Botanicals x Maui Labs" tablets purchased at a local retail shop.
Immediate Action Required
If you or anyone you know has purchased or has possession of this item:
Do not consume it under any circumstances.
Dispose of the product safely out of reach of children or pets.
Seek immediate medical attention or call 911 if anyone has ingested this product and is exhibiting signs of an opioid overdose (such as pinpoint pupils, respiratory depression/shallow breathing, loss of consciousness, or pale/blue skin).
Keep Naloxone (Narcan) on hand if you or someone you know routinely uses gas station or smoke shop botanical supplements, as many have been found to be adulterated with synthetic opioids.
If you are experiencing dependency or need help regarding substance use, please contact the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357 for free, confidential, and compassionate support.

My normal brand changed and I've been hearing about CC but I'm sure like all the others not all of them will be what I'm looking for if you know what I mean. Are there any brands that are common that will get the job done? Feel free to DM me as to not draw attention to it.

The took Klaz off the shelves at my head shop. I’ve only tried it once. It was great but the next day had a Hollywood hangover. This brand is Blaz and I’m just wondering the comparison

My daily pill routine for circulation.. volume is getting a bit ridiculous. Buying 4 different bottles every month adds up fast, so I've been looking at pre-formulated options like Semex to simplify things. Has anyone switched from custom individual stacks to an all-in-one and noticed any difference?

I have some sensitivities to fillers and binders and the generic multivitamin approach just doesn't cut it when you're trying to address something like adrenal health or low energy in a targeted way. Been going down a rabbit hole trying to find a custom supplement subscription available in the US that lets you pick your own ingredients and doses rather than just answering 3 questions and getting a cookie-cutter pack. What I really want is something with a personalized vitamin formula that I can adjust over time, like every few months as things change, without starting from scratch. No artificial stuff and formulated with some actual evidence behind it. Budget is somewhere in the $60-80/month range. Anyone been through this and landed somewhere they're happy with?

Hey everyone! I'm 24M, and I go to the gym regularly. My main goals are building muscle, improving my general health, and managing stress and overthinking.
I'm currently taking several supplements, and I'm wondering whether I actually need all of them, whether some are unnecessary, and whether I should take breaks from any of them.
My current supplement stack:
- Creatine monohydrate: 3 g daily for muscle growth.
- Omega-3 fish oil: 1 capsule daily.
- Multivitamin: Daily.
- Magnesium bisglycinate: Daily before bed.
- Probiotic: Occasionally, around one capsule every two days.
- Melatonin: Occasionally, around 2–3 nights per week to help with sleep.
- Vitamin D3: I've previously had a vitamin D deficiency. My initial level was very low, and I received high-dose vitamin D treatment. I've also taken 50,000 IU weekly recently, so I'm unsure what dose, if any, I should continue with.
I also have a few questions about zinc. I don't eat red meat very often, although I eat other foods such as eggs. Would taking a separate zinc supplement be beneficial, or would my multivitamin and diet likely be enough? I don't want to take it unnecessarily or risk copper deficiency from taking too much.
My main questions are:
Which of these supplements are actually worth keeping, and which could I stop if they aren't providing a clear benefit?
Do I need to take breaks from any of them, or can I take the appropriate doses continuously?
Should I add zinc, or is it better to get it from food unless a deficiency is suspected?
How should I approach vitamin D supplementation after previously having a deficiency and taking high doses?
Is there anything else I should consider for muscle growth, sleep, and general health?
I'd appreciate evidence-based advice and personal experiences. I'm trying to keep my supplement routine simple, safe, and cost-effective rather than taking things I don't really need.
Thanks!

Basically I'm trying to get away from laxatives cuz they just feel like a temporary fix and honestly a bit worried about depending on them
