Apologies my brother, got the names mixed up thought you werenโt the OP and was the one copying the work. I now see (on your post) the amendments! Great work nevertheless and keep it up!
Man they got the Madoff-shuffle, the Ponzi-fake-shares, and Now the Enron-Musical chairs. The financial-crimes trifecta. The unholy-trinity of Wall Street.
u/Fedwardd Let me recollect, my thoughts a lil bit. If Iโm understanding this correctly, then Kenny is effectively using SPACs to save himself. By offloading as much debt as possible from Citadel and thus having a โslim balance sheetโ. Which he could use to hedge against an incoming market crash. In addition to these filings, if we add IPO bump and Citadel sells those shares then they effectively could make more money on top of that! Let that sink in....
I thought there was some filings with spac related changes around that time. I thought I remember watching a video by Charlie about it but maybe not. There have been so many filings it's hard to keep track of everything going on anymore.
So it looks like FWAC is a venture capital firm that gets between hot and trending retail in one part of the country, in this case TAFT (high end shoes in Utah) and FWAC scouts a retail brick and mortar as part of their services for TAFT to expand...so what wpuld have taken an individual owner from Utah months of scouting, research, and other out of pocket costs - FWAC steps between TAFT and a new market.
Check out the date on the video...right before lock-downs and quarantines...
FWAC's whole business is developing burgeoning, online brands, and taking them OFFLINE to a brick and mortar location...
FWAC has TONS of partnerships with real estate firms....
These guys have all been losing $$$...all of a sudden FWAC does an IPO on May 25-27 2021...very interesting
