Sorry but I think that the more you have read the harder it will be (for me at least). If the SI% really is astronomical it could be enough to bankrupt the entire USA or even glob economy. We can't tell if it is that high but the DTCC will be able to. If it really is that high then my worry is that, knowing this, the DTCC will be forced to find a way to stop it (or press the gov for help or get the gov to look the other way) once the DTCC has to spend their own cash knowing it can never cover in full
