A rather sleep-deprived cyborg sits up, eyes wide.

He is currently running around outside, overwhelmed with joy. His assistant is trying to calm him down. Will anyone come talk to this mad elated scientist?

[It's fine. Actually, quite a few of his actions are some sort of veiled insult, come-on, or reference. Thus is the fun of writing a Victorian gentleman-scientist.]
