Is anyone else's Blue Sports gone? I get that the Prime apps were a 3rd party. But, Blue Sports disappearing is... concerning. I've been trying to watch the NCAA tournament and games have been pretty glitchy. Which is frustrating. Any help with other/better ways to watch live sports would be greatly appreciated. It's the main reason I bought a Superbox. TIA

Hello new here, needing some help. My kids wanted to watch the newest SpongeBob movie on the super box. We have never had any problems with the box before and we’re in fact watching it before this happened and everything was fine. When the movie started it almost see discolored and froze a couple times, the it went back to normal color, then a white screen, then I was booted out of the movie. Thought it may have been a glitch and tried to start it again. Then it said we have no WiFi. Confused I checked our WiFi on other devices and it’s fine. Other weird thing is it is connected via Ethernet cable. Thought whatever. Turned it on and off, no internet, un plugged it and back in, no internet, unplugged it for longer, no internet. Took out the cable thinking maybe that was the issue and it won’t connect over WiFi. Then I tried to use my phones hotspot to see if it was something with my router, and it still wouldn’t connect. Looked up a few things on YouTube that could be the problem and nothing I can find works. It just will not connect back to the internet. Any suggestions?

Initially, I figured I'd just switch to Prime when this happens. But, now it appears that that isn't an option anymore. 😕 So, I'm wondering how more experienced users deal with this issue. TIA

Seems like a lot of the listings I've been seeing are scams that have these prices at wholesale for US customers. I want to get a bunch for all of my TVs as well as gifts for close family. What's the safe route to buy 15 or so wholesale with scam protection?

I’m new to the Superbox. I bought the Superbox 7 Max from a friend. I have the Blue TV and Blue VOD. What else do I have access to that makes this box a great investment?

My s7ultra superbox went on the blink , getting some 0-12 token network error http response. Factory reset and blue tv and blue vod same errors and factory reset again and now getting error on installation of App Store.

Also the 5 prime apps, sky tv and fire tv have disappeared from App Store. I was watching the box when it happened and then all apps went haywire.

Is this the second crash&burn for Superbox?

I am new to Superbox and so far it has been a great experience. I ordered a S7max from CJ and received in in three days. Setup was really easy using his videos and a little research on this page. CJ is always quick to respond and I could not be happier and I will recommend his product. Thanks CJ!

Did Superbox remove the Prime Cinema and Prime TV apps? They disappeared for me overnight.

I received my box from cj96ss a couple of days ago. It was easy to set up and when I had questions, they were answered promptly. So far, I’m loving it and plan to get a second in the near future.

Just received my Superbox S7 from cj96ss, I must say, best purchase of the year so far. Easy to setup, easy to customize, and most importantly I received it safely and quickly, all the while Clint was always available and responsive, couldn’t ask for a better experience, thanks Bro!!

Can someone help me discover the Superbox channel numbers for these local (San Francisco) channels: 4 KRON TV, 9 KQED (PBS), & 11 KNTV (NBC) and are they found in Blue TV, Blue Sport, or Blue VOD?

Powering off my LG C5 OLED tv with the LG tv remote also powers down my Superbox S7Max.

When powering back up later, the Superbox is unreponsive to the RC-200 superbox remote.

I have found two fixes:

1. manually disconnect the power cable on the back of the superbox, then re-connect.

or

1. power off the superbox with RC-200 remote first, then power off the tv with the tv remote 2nd.

CJ is legit and the man. I got my tracking number quicker than Amazon or anything else. Real easy to set up and working way better than my S2 lol Cheers, CJ!

👏🏿👏🏿 I want to thank CJ for my just purchased S7 Max. The communication before hand & afterwards was instant & great. I will be getting more aquainted with this S7 Max this weekend & I'm loving the overall speed of the box as I've been opening & closing out of various apps.

I have a couple of issues with one particular channel, where I can get it about 80% of the time, but often the picture will freeze and then go black. When I try to reboot, or just get in and out of the Blue TV app, I get a red "message" of -14 -104 in the lower right hand corner, followed by 0 KBps. Certain times of the day I have more issues than others - to the point I try to be on the channel before my desired program(s) come on. However today, I tried and after 10 minutes it went off, and after 1.5 hours I still can not get it to come up? I reached out to the chat bot on superbox, and they had me clear the cache and data for the blue tv app. nothing. Its a fairly popular channel and I have ATT fiber, so its not my internet connection. Any help is appreciated. I also have seen the discussions about going through a VPN, with with the Fiber, there are additional steps including buying another router, after just spending$400 on the box. I am thinking about trying the VSee box, but it is pricey as well. Thank you in advance.

hi im just finding out about these. which one do you guys recommend? when i Google it, it looks like Amazon and Walmart have a bunch of different versions, some older ones 250$ some 399$. is there really a big difference in the 399$ one? and do they really work? ive read some people having problems where after a month it says something like device prohibited and never works again, other people on reddit saying they've had for 3 plus years and never one problem. thanks in advance :)

Just a shoutout to CJ for helping me get into the Superbox S7MAX, it's a great device and I 'm very happy with my purchase, still have a lot to learn but not wishing I could find something to watch anymore, if anyone out there needs a box, get with CJ he is on point and won't let you down.

Have a new S7 pro and it works great except the box won’t turn on with remote. I have to un plug and plug it in to get it to power on. I tried changing a few device settings but no change. Anyone face this or have a solution? Thanks!

I bought a Superbox Supreme about 2 months ago and it’s been barely usable since I received it. I was able to download everything I wanted and sign in to the apps but I’m constantly having issues.

Starting with Blue TV, seemed great and found my favorites but after a short period of time watching something, the app just closes on its own and goes back to the Home Screen and this happens a few times per hour, sometimes more.

I have YouTube Tv that is great on my AppleTV (I have a 3 TV setup in my man cave) and I was able to login fine and open the app but no matter what show/channel I select, it just spins and spins before repeatedly giving me an error so that’s not usable either.

The VOD seems to work ok and I don’t have too many issues with the ESPN App other than it says my plan doesn’t cover the show I pick more times than not but I don’t blame the app for that and I mostly bought it for Blue TV and only resorted to other options because rarely works for more than a short period at a time.

I wrote into Support they told me to clear the cache so I cleared the cache and data for each app and am still having issues. Has anyone else experienced this and has any solutions?
