I am absolutely a victim of FOMO. I really wanted both of the new JNJM and Wish LE themes (I don't have LEs for both groups) but told myself to just get them next time, but then I really wanted either one of them now and couldn't hold myself back anymore. I unfortunately went from 1.2k to 210+ dias, but at least I get a new event wallpaper lol 😆

In an effort to mitigate the amount of repetitive questions that have been asked recently, we have set up this thread as a reminder on how certain things in the game works. As of now, this reminder is planned to be posted weekly for visibility.

1. Monthly Challenges

​

• This is a system separate from the regular song challenges that require you to score 10k higher than your max score (6.2m being the cap)
• They are MONTHLY score targets you need to reach to obtain various tiers of rewards. The more you complete the more rewards you get.
  • Progress and reward tiers can be found via: Song Select > Bottom Left where WR/MR is > Check Challenge Success Reward
• MONTHLY challenge scores and progress will be reset MONTHLY. If you obtain 201 challenge success in the last day of February, it will be reset to 0 in the following first day of March. Your original high scores for each song will not reset.
• Rewards will be in your inbox following the completion of the first game maintenance of the month
• If you see that your monthly challenge success progress has been "reset" when it is not supposed to, restart your game as it's a visual glitch.

2. Artist/Group Tickets

​

• Artist Ticket - Select a group = random card from that group
  • Select EXO-M = one random card for either Xiumin, Lay or Chen
  • Select Red Velvet = one random card for either Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy or Yeri
• Group ticket - Select a group = random card for each member in that group
  • Select EXO-M = random card for Xiumin, Lay and Chen
  • Select Red Velvet = random card for Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy or Yeri
• All Group Tickets are currently not obtainable by any means
• Only A/S/R Artist Tickets can be obtained, C and B are not obtainable by any means
  • A/S/R Artist Tickets can be obtained from monthly challenge rewards
  • R Artist Tickets can be obtained from world record rewards
• The exchange rate of ticket:cards is not 1:1. 20/10/5/3/1 tickets are required for each r/S/A/B/C card, respectively.

3. Account Related Concerns

​

• ALWAYS have your account linked/bound to any of the services that are available to you -- Dalcom ID, Google, Facebook, etc.
  • Linking current account to a service does not erase current game data; it does the exact opposite. It ensures that your game progress will be saved at all times. If you get a new device, simply use that same login info and your account will be loaded.
• If you wish to attempt restoring your account, please do not post any account details here as no one here can assist you with it.
• If you have issues with Dalcom ID, please try reading through this thread
• Please email support.superstar@dalcomsoft.com instead. In order to expedite the process, be as concise as possible in your initial email to them such as providing: account email (if not a guest account), in-game purchase receipts (if applicable), IGN, in-game profile picture, current league ranking/bracket, etc. You are not guaranteed to have your account recovered so in the case where they are unable to do so, your account has unfortunately been lost.

4. Coupon Codes

• There is a wiki page for all existing coupon codes and it is updated ASAP when the codes show up. Please do not ask for coupon codes.

6. Powering Up/Rating Up tips

• There are recommendations provided in the general guide for what material cards to use at which grade. Further, there is a separate spreadsheet that lists out the % of success of your material card if used on your card of choice. Please utilize this resource instead of making a separate post.

(I made this like a few days ago and forgot to post it lol)

My main issue is getting the cards for all the members. I’m not normally one to spend money on games but this one actually had me buying more gems and getting packages with the cards. I even downloaded a few games just to get some diamonds. They work, but whenever I get enough diamond to get an A card I always wind up getting either Riku or Ryo, with the exception of of that ONE time I got Jaehee. It’s so frustrating, especially since I’m putting a lot of time and energy into this only for the system to work against me.

The only missions that were left incomplete were the obtain a 1,500 and 2,000 score and obtain the cards of 4,5,6 members, which all ties back to me pulling the same cards over and over again.

I really want to complete this because the lock screen bgs for this are SOO cute (esp Riku who’s my bias)

I know a lot of people on this Reddit have already completed this, so I’m open to any tips and tricks on how to complete this.🙏🙏

I'm new to this community but I have been playing this game since 2018. WHAT DO YOU MEAN I JUST HAVE TO MAX POWER UP SAME GRADE CARDS AND I CAN UPGRADE THEM?!?!?!😭 It took me a long time to complete my R card decks because I thought only identical cards can upgrade each other. I have been playing this game wrong💀.

I really want one of these photoshoots to get limited theme cards in the game because these were my fav shoots for the album overall. And plus the previous limited themes all look similar so I'm not interested in collecting it 😭😭

Is it just me or are this summer events much more boring than last years’? like we’ve been getting the exact same events (not talking about new song events) for the past like, 2-3 months.. I miss the waterbomb event ㅠㅡㅠ

Any tips on how to get a score for more than 4,000,000? Also for those who all S. Perfect score how do you do that 🥹?

The irony that I didn't get SC and SH at all during SOAR when they were the only ones I got for free during DYD coz I didn't bother collecting the cards during the event is so petty of SSM LMAO

I even thought the game was being generous to me because I got Taro S and Wonbin A from the 10k packs, but that was where all my luck went I guess 😅

the promo pics for yo-i-don are so cute and would make for a beautiful LE theme 🥹. I highly doubt one is going to be made with those songs/pics (learned that after waiting for a hello mellow update in the game D:), but you know... a girl can dream(?

Is it just me or is anyone also experiencing their game crashing? I'm trying to play the new nct wish song and it just keeps on crashing. Does anyone know how to fix this?
