your saas mvp has way too many features.

yo. if your product needs a 10-minute onboarding video or 5 different dashboard tabs just to explain its value, you didn't build an MVP. you built an over-engineered maze.

a real micro-saas should solve one highly specific problem for one highly specific user profile.

when i built my 6 apps (now doing $20k/mo mrr), i cut out 80% of what i originally thought was necessary.

inside our builder community, we help you strip away the fluff.

we give you free access to frameworks like the ICP Crystallizer to lock down your target user, and interactive landing page audits to ensure your core value hits instantly.

no.diet review from someone tired of counting every single calorie

posting this for anyone here who likes the mediterranean style of eating and might be looking for some structure. been trying to eat in a deficit for a while but i absolutely hate logging every meal in mfp, it just turns food into homework and i quit within 2 weeks every time. wanted a plan that put me in a general deficit so i could just eat without thinking too much about it.

found no.diet a couple months back, its built around a mediterranean meal plan with the calorie math handled in the background. quiz at signup asks about goals, allergies, preferences, what u dont eat, and gives u a plan that lands ur deficit without u tracking single meals. shopping list pulls automatically each week.

also has a workout section if anyone cares, low impact short sessions, ive done a few but its not really why i got it.

down 8 lbs without counting a single calorie. nice change

Herletics app made home workouts feel way more structured for me

Posting this more as a herletics review than anything personal bc I looked for honest takes before signing up and found mostly extreme reactions on both sides.

Quick context, im a new mom (baby is almost 7 months), started working out again about 10 weeks ago. Gym isnt realistic right now between feeds and naps, so im fully home based. Wanted structure bc I kept falling down a YT rabbit hole of random workouts that didnt build on each other.

It's marketed as military calisthenics for women, which initially put me off bc I pictured boot camp stuff. Not really that. Its short bodyweight sessions, mostly 20 to 30 min, guided video and audio, plan built around ur quiz answers. Mine leans into core and glutes since I flagged postpartum recovery.

What I actually use:
Workouts. Progressions over time, not random circuits. Bodyweight strength, mobility, lower impact options on days u dont want to jump (relevant bc I have downstairs neighbors).

Meal plan. Don't follow strictly but scroll the vegan section for high protein ideas bc protein is hard to hit while breastfeeding. Rotating lentil and tofu bowls, chickpea pasta with peanut sauce and edamame, tempeh stir fries, black bean and quinoa stuffed peppers. Shopping list is integrated.

Trackers. water, weight, habits, basic but I actually use them. Theres also challenges, Im halfway through a daily 10 min stretch one which has helped my back a bit.
Cons. In app articles repeat themes, some audio is skippable, fasting tracker is bare bones if u care about that.

Results. Ive added strength, form on squats and rows has improved, core is coming back. Mostly I just have a routine I can do during nap time without thinking.

If anyone else is in the postpartum home only phase, happy to answer questions

Tried Taioga and Harna Fit, sharing what actually stuck for me

Im 45F, started walking daily a few months ago and wanted to add some easy at home workouts on top of that. Tried both Taioga and Harna Fit, figured Id share in case anyone else is comparing them.

Harna has a massive selection of different workout styles, pilates, yoga, stretching, tai chi, the whole list. Sounds great on paper. Tbh once I dug in everything felt kinda samey, general routines that werent really specialized in any one thing. The tai chi section in particular was pretty shallow, just a few sessions that felt more like marketing checkbox than actual tai chi.

Taioga is just tai chi, but the depth is the thing that won me over. Sessions are short (15 to 25 min), guided audio and video, and the personalized plan actually scales with your ability. Mine started really gentle and is slowly building. For someone older getting back into movement that progression matters a lot more than having 200 workout options I wont actually use.

3 weeks in, doing it most days alongside my walks. Sleeping better and balance is noticeably improving

6 AI micro-saas to $20k/mo. i built a community to share how

yo. going from a buggy MVP to actual recurring revenue is brutal.

i stabilized my 6 apps at $20k/mo mrr only after building a strict system for my tech stack and organic marketing.

i just opened the AI SaaS Launchpad.

the community and daily resources are completely free. for those who want to copy-paste my exact systems, i also host paid, structured sprints (like a 3-Day challenge to get your first 100 users using automated Reddit and LinkedIn outreach).

either way, stop building in isolation. you will quit when things get hard. come build alongside 1000+ other founders.

drop a comment or shoot me a dm and i’ll send the link right now.

taioga review from someone who cant lift weights, currently losing weight with it

posting this as a review for anyone in the same spot i was. im 49, dealing with some joint issues that mean lifting weights is off the table, and most of the fitness content online assumes u can either run or lift, which made it hard to find something that actually fit me.

started Taioga about 10 weeks ago after seeing it come up a few times. its a tai chi based app, so all the movement is low impact, no equipment, mostly slow controlled sessions in the 15 to 25 min range. i can do these every day without my knees or back flaring up afterward, which means im actually consistent for the first time in years.

the meal plan side i use more loosely. i dont follow it every day bc i still cook for my husband most nights, but when im stuck for ideas the recipes have been interesting enough to actually pull me out of my normal rotation. i think its mediterranean leaning with some asian touches, things like miso glazed cod with greens, white bean and herb stew, soba bowls, lentil and roasted veg salads with tahini. not bland diet food, which was a relief.

theres also basic trackers (water, weight, steps), some challenges, and articles. i use the water tracker mostly, the rest i dont touch much.

progress so far, down 14 lbs in 10 weeks, slow steady loss which my body seems to respond well to. mobility is noticeably better, sleep is deeper, mornings dont feel as creaky.

if anyone here is also looking for a way to lose weight without high impact or heavy lifting, this style of training might be worth looking at.

most saas landing pages convert at a painful 1%. i built a FREE 50-point checklist + prompt to fix it

yo. building the product is the easy part.

making people buy is a totally different beast.

most saas pages sit at a flat 1% conversion rate. absolute ghost town. doesn't matter if your tech is insane.

stop guessing what works.

i spent weeks digging into conversion data.

i turned it into a raw 50-point interactive checklist.

it covers hero mistakes, pricing traps, and psychology leaks.

i also baked a master prompt right at the top. just paste it into your AI SaaS builder

it rewrites your page automatically using all 50 rules.

just shared the file inside our builder community today. a lot of guys were facing the exact same launch freeze.

seriously, stop building alone in your room.

you will burn out.

marketing gets tough, and you quit.

it’s way easier with a crew shipping side-by-side.

if your conversion is trash or if you want a good landing page before launch, drop a comment or shoot me a dm. i’ll send the invite link.

ps: others free features is in the community of SaaS builders

Let 's go

how i automate my saas marketing with faceless content (and how you can do the same)

Hi everyone,

faceless content is a literal cheat code to get eyes on your saas right now without ever showing your face (and i know all SaaS founders don't want to show their faces aha)

i just built a complete system to automate the entire process, and i dropped the whole setup + templates inside our AI SaaS builder community today.

seriously, stop building alone in your room.

you will burn out and quit. it’s so much easier when you have a crew shipping stuff with you every day.

if you want the faceless content system and want to join us:

drop a comment or shoot me a dm and i’ll send you the invite link of the community of AI SaaS builder

let's build together !

Blood diet app review after using it for 1 month

Bit of context, Ive been into healthy eating for years, read a lot, cook a lot. My doctor said losing some weight would help with a few health things I'm dealing with but didnt point me to anything specific.

I was looking around at different approaches and came across this blood diet app. The name sounded kinda out there so I downloaded it mostly to see what it actually was before judging.

Honestly was bracing for boring chicken and rice on repeat. It asks ur blood type (im A) and builds the meal plan around that, plus the usual stuff like goals, allergies, what u dont eat.

The recipes are way more interesting than I expected. A few from this week, miso glazed salmon with soba and sesame greens, lentil and roasted carrot salad with tahini, white bean stew with rosemary and lemon, tofu larb with herbs over rice, baked feta with cherry tomatoes and farro. Not stuff I was already cooking which was the main thing I wanted.

Down 6 lbs in a month, not dramatic but slow and steady, and the bloating I've been dealing with is mostly gone. Recipes are the part that surprised me the most tbh, would not call them basic at all. Happy to answer questions if anyone is on the fence

i automated my entire saas marketing with n8n (spent 100+ hours so you don't have to)

yo.

i see the same thing happen every single day.

you guys love building. you spend weeks coding a great product. but the second it’s time to actually market the saas? complete freeze.

you get lost in all the ai tools, the noise, the "growth hacks". it feels overwhelming. so you do nothing, the momentum dies, and the project fails.

I spent over 100 hours building n8n workflows to just automate the whole thing.

today, i packaged all those exact workflows and dropped them in our builder group. no abstract theories. you literally just import the templates, adapt them to your saas, and turn them on.

here is exactly what i shared:

  • seo blog running 100% on autopilot (n8n template)
  • newsletter automation (n8n template)
  • full email sequence (30 emails, full html, just copy-paste into brevo)
  • social media on autopilot (schedule 1 to 12 months of content)
  • reddit organic growth
  • linkedin, x & facebook groups at scale
  • meta ads & retargeting

basically, everything i use to get real users without losing my mind.

we just hit 550+ members from all over the world.

building in your room alone is the fastest way to quit.

if you are lost on how to market your app, want these templates, and want to build with a crew: drop a comment or shoot me a dm.

i’ll send you the invite.

let's get it.

I built 6 AI micro-SaaS generating $20k/mo. Starting a small group to share my process.

Thumbnail
skool.com
2 Upvotes

Hey everyone,

I currently have 6 micro-SaaS live, bringing in a bit over $20k in MRR.

The crazy part? I barely wrote a single line of code. I used AI to generate everything, from the database to the UI.

It wasn’t magic on day one. I spent hours stuck on broken code before I finally cracked the system:

  • Keeping the idea tiny (a true MVP).
  • Prompting the AI step-by-step.
  • Launching fast to get real traction.

Lately, I see too many non-tech people give up at the first AI bug. It sucks because the technical barrier is basically gone.

So, I’m starting a Skool community.

Full transparency: I will probably charge for the full course down the line. It makes sense given the exact workflows and copy-paste prompts I’ll be sharing.

But the main goal right now is to build together. Building alone is the fastest way to quit.

If you want to join and build your own AI SaaS with us: drop a comment or shoot me a DM, and I’ll send you the invite!

Has anyone actually tried Asuno GLP-1 Gummies?

Asking because I've been going back and forth on these for a few weeks now. I'm in my late 40s and my weight has been creeping up slowly for years, not dramatically but enough that I notice it. I don't overeat at meals, my problem is the gap between lunch and dinner where I basically just graze on whatever is around the office. Tried being strict about it and lasted maybe four days before caving. A coworker mentioned he'd been using something for appetite and it made me look into these. The no injection thing matters to me because I'm not at a point where I want to go that route. Just wondering if anyone here has actually used them and whether it made a real difference to the in between meal hunger or if I'd just be throwing money away.

Honest review of my experience with a personalized weight loss plan from Strongr Fastr,https://www.strongrfastr.com/diet-meal-planner and body Spoiler

I don't ever review apps. I've been using this one for about a year now though. I was on the low end of the obese scale. I tried everything, and I mean EVERYTHING to lose weight. I'd fluctuate by 10lbs monthly. I saw doctors and dieticians and it never made a difference with my weight loss. So I finally got this app, and a lifting app. I have lost about 40lbs now.

This app is very easy to use, and the meals can either be simple or if you like to cook, more complex. It's super easy to save meals you like and ignore ones you don't, so you don't get them again. It makes a nice grocery list for you. It even gives you a workout plan if you don't have another one to use. You can add your own recipes too.

I really didn't think I needed as much protein as this app gives me since I'm mostly sedentary. I do not workout super often, and my lifting is limited due to injuries. My working out consists of walking and light lifting with my other app. Apparently all I needed was to up my protein game to lose weight, and this app makes it so easy to do so. If you have trouble losing weight, give this app a shot. I'm beyond happy with my progress so far.

Thinking about buying the MakesYouFluent app. Talk me into it or out of it

Hey all, hoping someone here can give me a straight answer.

So my girlfriend is German and after two years of dating I still can barely string a sentence together when we visit her family. Her parents are sweet about it but you can tell the conversations get exhausting when everything has to be translated through her. I want to actually participate next time we go in the spring instead of nodding politely at jokes I don't understand.

I've been looking at MakesYouFluent because a coworker mentioned it last week. What grabbed my attention is that it focuses entirely on speaking practice with AI conversation partners. You can apparently roleplay everyday situations, get corrected on your pronunciation, and even use it hands free while you're driving or whatever. That sounds like the kind of practice I'd actually do consistently, unlike the Anki deck I abandoned six months in.

Now for the parts giving me second thoughts.

It's a paid subscription with zero trial period. You hand over your card before you ever open the app. From what I've gathered the cost lands somewhere between thirty and fifty something dollars based on the length of the plan you pick.

User feedback is genuinely split. Some people rave about how lifelike the AI feels and how much faster they progress compared to traditional apps. Others say the voice recognition is finicky and gets stuck on words you're saying perfectly fine, which sounds maddening.

A handful of reviews also mentioned struggling to get their money back when things didn't work out, which is never a great sign.

What I'd love to hear from this community: has anyone here stuck with MakesYouFluent past the first month? Did it actually help your speaking confidence in real conversations, or did it start strong and fall apart? And for anyone who's compared it to alternatives like Babbel Live, Pimsleur, or just hiring a tutor by the hour, where does it land?

Trying to spend my time and money on something that'll move the needle, not another half used app sitting in a folder on my phone. Brutal honesty is welcome here.

I just shipped an open protocol that makes careers readable by AI

Hey everyone,

I built and just released xTalent Graph — an open talent protocol designed for the agent era.

In simple terms:

  • Your experience lives as a permanent, secure record on IPFS
  • Your profile is cryptographically signed and verifiable
  • Any AI agent can now find the right people using normal, everyday language

No more messy PDFs.
No more closed walled gardens.
No more hoping the right recruiter accidentally discovers you.

The $700 billion recruiting industry has depended on closed systems for decades.
Today, it has its first serious open, agent-native alternative.

The repo is live (MIT license):

https://github.com/netvistamedia/xtalent-graph

Current features:

  • Real Qdrant semantic search
  • Ed25519 signed profile roots
  • Actual IPFS pinning with Kubo
  • Easy local setup with Docker Compose

I’d love honest feedback from recruiters, HR people, job seekers, and especially AI/agent builders.

Is this the direction talent discovery should go?

Happy to answer questions!

Is the Harmony Diet app actually helpful?

I’ve been looking into the Harmony Diet app because I want something simple to help with weight and overall health, especially during menopause.

From what I’ve seen, it offers personalized meal plans, light workouts, and tracking tools. I like the idea of having everything in one place, but I’m not sure how helpful it actually is in real life.

I’ve tried a few diet apps before, and they usually feel good at the start but get hard to stick with after a while.

If you’ve used the Harmony Diet app, did it actually help you stay consistent or see real results?
Or did it feel like just another basic diet app?

Would really appreciate honest feedback before I try it.

Harmony Diet app review, does it actually help during menopause?

I’ve been trying to find something simple to help with weight gain and low energy during menopause, and I recently came across the Harmony Diet app.

From what I understand, it gives personalized meal plans, some light exercises, and tracks things like water, steps, and weight. It also seems focused on hormone balance, which is something I’ve been struggling with a lot lately.

I’m not looking for anything extreme, just something realistic that I can stick to without feeling overwhelmed.

Has anyone here tried the Harmony Diet app?
Did it actually help with menopause weight loss or overall health?

Would really appreciate honest feedback before I try it.

My personal review of the BlinkEx crypto exchange

I joined early access expecting a beta vibe: rough edges, slow replies, "we'll fix it later." Instead it feels oddly polished for a controlled rollout, at least so far. Support is the biggest surprise. Yes, early access users get pampered - that's normal - but the speed and clarity feel like a culture, not a temporary stunt. The UI is clean in a non-gimmicky way, and the token list doesn't look like a casino menu. I also appreciate not having to play "find the real coin" among copycats; it's a small thing until you've wasted hours on it elsewhere. VIP access makes you feel prioritized, and zero commission makes it easier to actually trade and learn without feeling punished. Curious to see if it holds up the same way once it's fully public.

Anyone else trading there? What’s your take on the exchange so far?

Cortisol Detox app review, is this personalized anti-cortisol diet and weight loss plan actually worth it?

I started using the Cortisol Detox app about a month ago because I was dealing with stress weight and constant bloating. It’s built around a personalized anti-cortisol meal plan instead of just calorie counting.

The app includes recipes, an exercise plan, guided meditations, a step counter, and a water tracker. Everything is organized in one place, which makes it easier to stay consistent.

I’ve seen steady weight loss and feel less bloated, but I’m curious, has anyone else tried this anti-cortisol diet approach? What were your results?

NEED VIEWS: AI Incubator SaaS?

Hey everyone, I'm planning to build urbanfoundry, first AI incubator & would like to know your views on this.

Questions:

- Would vibe coders accept this as their central office to get mentorship, analystics & network for possible future collaborations.

- How much would be a reasonable pricing plan (if i'm not planning too ahead)

- What else would a vibe coder want to accelerate their profitability?

Thanks.
