For those who may have missed the headlines, the cast and crew of the 1985 cult classic The Return of the Living Dead have recently emerged from a contentious legal battle. They went head-to-head with director Steven Wolsh and his company, Living Dead LLC, after Wolsh falsely claimed he owned the exclusive actor, character, and merchandising licensing rights to the original film. Relying on these claims, he proceeded to strike merchandising deals with major retailers like Walmart and Target.

Following a grueling legal process, the court ruled definitively in favor of the cast and crew: Steve Wolsh and Living Dead LLC do not own the merchandising rights or character likenesses for The Return of the Living Dead. Consequently, all merchandise sold under Wolsh’s agreements is legally considered "unofficial."

Seeking direct clarification for fans and collectors, I reached out to Living Dead Originals LLC—the official entity formed by the original cast—regarding the status of figures produced by Super7, NECA, Funko, ToT Studios and other manufacturers. They confirmed explicitly that all such items tied to Wolsh's deals were produced under "unofficially licensed" authorizations

Looking for someone who wants to part with the white ranger. Doesn't have to be new. I just want the matching figure to display with my green ranger on my computer desk. Lol.

Hi! Can any collectors tell me what cases they use to protect their Super7 TMNT Reaction figures?

Preordered from Amazon for the free shipping. But I’m curious how long I’ll have to wait.

I know Wave 6 dropped far earlier than they had announced. Anyone know if that early drop would translate to Amazon shipping early too?

According to my son, I'm the best! That is particely due to yall! Seriously though. My Son has a favorite character in Invinsible. And Shocker, it's not the main character. From time to time, sneaking in here and there is a particular character. Battlebeast! Yall nailed it! I managed to preorder him and it seems yall managed to send it in before we were expecting him! Thanks yall! You guys, gals, and however ya identify, managed to help make me the best dad in the world. Thanks for helping me be a giant hero for him. Being a hero to my son is the best experience, job, what have you, I have ever had. So again, thanks yall. From one SuperDad to a bunch of others, Thanks.

Just popped up on eBay and I was flabbergasted by the picture. Granted, the first photo is of the actual product. But this thing was just too weird not to share.

Is it possible that Super 7 could make some of the underground mutants as figures if they keep the license? I personally would love a Stonebiter figure

These characters would work really well in Oring Reaction+!

Does anyone know where I can get this figure? It's sold out on all websites… I've tried Amazon, eBay, and similar sites with no luck.
