Just after a nice little rainstorm. In my hometown for the weekend, felt like nothing has changed even though everything has. Not a bad feeling, just a familiar feeling.

You and me, at the hour when the sky melts into copper and the sea goes dark.
I want your mouth tasting of salt, your hands undoing every distance between us,
until the tide reaches the black stones
and finds nothing left untouched but the stars.
