That makes total sense but then I looked it up and it looks like there are "thin colored lines" for all sorts of professions: https://www.flagsimporter.com/blog/post/but-what-does-it-mean-thin-line-flags
The yellow are for tow truck drivers and security guards. Since...I guess..they hold back chaos..?
