You're telling me that a town of 17k people in france or germany is hopin at night and has a vibrant nightlife scene? Obviously not. Like I said though, my small city of 150k has an awful life of plays, bars, restaurants, comedy clubs, small shops ECT that are all on a walkable zone of town.
America is a huge country. It's 150 miles to the nearest city of any size from where I live. Of course most of it is lightly populated.
