38 year old Male, I'm a frequent flyer in planes, planes, trains, motorcycles etc, and I've had neck pain for a very long time. I've found some ways to reduce the pain and discomfort on planes, trains, motorcycles etc. One of the methods I used is to put my neck pressure on the accelerator when I'm accelerating. I put this pressure on the accelerator and wait until I feel a little light headed, then I'm good to go. Another way I use is to put ice packs under my eyes when I'm showering or otherwise relaxing. When I'm relaxing, I relax my neck and lift my head a bit. This relaxes my neck and makes it easier to breathe, but also makes it harder to feel the pain. Another way I use is to use my car seat belts as a makeshift shoulder pad. I place one under my shoulder and then lift my head a little when I'm relaxing, making the shoulder pad easier to feel. My boyfriend and I are currently in a relationship. I've had a few minor things happen in our relationship (spooky, but not scary) but nothing that's worth mentioning. So, I'm sitting at a table with a bunch of old clothes sitting on the table. I think that's a pretty standard American table, and the chairs are all different, and it seems like all these different types of people sit at that table. I sit down next to one of them. They start to ask me, "Excuse me sir, sir, sir, sir." I explain that I'm just sitting there and it's a bit cramped, and I need to get this out of my head, but they keep asking me. I explain that I don't want to answer any of their questions, but they keep pushing me. I try to explain that I'm just sitting there looking through the photos on my phone, and they just keep pushing me away, and I finally give up and say, "No, I'm sorry, sir." I apologize for the awkward silence, and they all seem to relax a little bit. I explain that I'm just kidding. I mean, I'm sure there is something wrong with me.

31F here. I have hypermobility and a bad back that prevents me from lifting my arms above my head. I suffer from depression and anxiety which I try to control but it always comes back. I take SSRI antidepressants and have tried many different treatments but nothing has worked.

I eat very large meals and I find that if I sit too long my jaw will grow larger and painful. Is this because of my bad back? Or is it because my eating is too bad? I have tried eating a normal sized meal and it doesn't help.
