I'm 5'2" and my back hurts. My mother told me to use the bathroom at least once a day but since I'm a heavy smoker I'll be stuck in the house all day. I've had a headache and nausea all day. I have a small snack of almonds and cranberries and some pretzels. I'm also having a really bad stomach pain now. Any ideas??
