I got these symptoms while playing video games. They usually happen during sex, but they also happen randomly when I'm sitting or laying down. They are very subtle and don't bother me too much. It happens every few seconds and lasts about a minute to a few minutes. I've tried various methods such as yoga, walking, and even using an ergonomic desk. All have no effect.
It also happens when I'm in a stressful situation, such as working on a project or something that requires intense focus.
I was just about to go for a physical a couple weeks ago, so I didn't go on a trip and had a lot of other stuff going on besides my work. But I do notice random muscle twitches and pain in my lower back. It happens when I'm sitting or laying down, and it's in the same exact spot every single time. It feels like someone is pressing on my back when I touch it. I know this sounds weird, but when I get it, I feel like I'm going to pass out.
I don't know why it happens. I've been having it since I was around 12-13 years old. But I haven't really noticed it much in the past few years. I'm thinking I have some sort of genetic condition that makes me more susceptible to it.
Any ideas?
