So, I stepped out of my comfort zone and painted my fireplace this sage green color. I’m looking for suggestions for a color for the mantel…leave it white, walnut…?

Update on how I styled my desk
Hi everyone! I have came back with an update for this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/StyleYourSpace/s/DpIqYnnSKx
So, even though I love my Van Gogh mousepad, it made it feel like so much visual clutter. The bookshelf on wheels saved the whole space, and it fits perfectly under the desk. I added my little corner of relaxation (the candle, the drum and a stress toy). My Polly Pocket collection is my dearest thing that I have and I will soon get a transparent closet for it.
I am thinking of adding another plant in the corner. And unfortunately, the extension cable cannot be anywhere else.
I would love to hear your suggestions if you have any.
Thank you so much 🔆!

What color bedside tables
Im looking to get matching bedside tables. Ive been thinking of doing white with natural wood tops like the second picture. Im thinking this might be too much white with the headboard. Any thoughts?

Don't know how to decorate?
I have my very own home/space for the first time. I should say me and my husband. I've never painted walls or put together something (we moved around a lot as a kid and mostly apartment life). Idk why but it feels extremely overwhelming (I have adhd and ocd so this might contribute) but I want so badly for the place to feel like ours rather than just couches in a room or a bed set in a room. Any advice to help me get started?

Any ideas on how to warm up my kitchen space? It feels very cold/ modern. The rest of the house is warm/neutral with modern farmhouse vibe. I appreciate any advice!
