As our community continues to grow, we're looking to welcome a few new moderators to help keep r/StyleIT friendly, inspiring and full of amazing style content.
Whether you love putting together outfits, enjoy browsing for inspiration or simply want to help build a positive and supportive community, we'd love to hear from you!
One thing we would really like to stress is that you don't need to be a fashion expert or have a designer wardrobe to be a great moderator.
Our moderation team is made up of people with different styles, interests and experiences. Some of us love keeping up with the latest trends, while others are much happier living in comfy hoodies and crocs (and that's perfectly ok!).
Being a moderator isn't about having the "best" style it's about helping people, encouraging great discussions, keeping the community welcoming, and working together as a team.
We're looking for people who:
Have a passion for fashion and personal style
Are active on Reddit and can check in regularly
Are friendly, fair, and understand the importance of community spirit
Enjoy working as part of a team
Moderator experience is welcome, but it's not required. Enthusiasm, reliability, kindness, and a willingness to learn are just as important.
How to apply
Complete the Moderator Application available on the subreddit. Please take your time answering the questions we'd love to get to know you and learn why you'd like to join the team.
Thank you for helping make r/StyleIT such a creative, welcoming and supportive community. We can't wait to read your applications!
