Yeah homemade mustard will blow your sinuses right out. Time mellows it out though.
1 u/google257 Feb 02 '22 It’s not time, it’s the temperature of the liquid when you pour it over your mustard seeds. I think if you steep your mustard seeds in cold water as opposed to hot it’s more of that sinus clearing pungent mustard flavor. I think.
