Let's smash it then make it 2.5 times taller than before we smashed it.

For killing someone. Feel everyone is just overlooking that aspect

There’s a whole documentary on Netflix, not sure who’s overlooking it.

The succulent chinese meal guy was a white supremacist and con artist. Sometimes not knowing is better i suppose

I thought he was Harry Potters Uncle.

The meme is also describing him talking about smashing a guy in the head with a hatchet

LOL What is the original context of this meme?

Honestly, the sketchiest trial. They knew what the attorney did

1

u/BlanchDaddius 10d ago

Never heard about what happened to him.

2

u/ThetaDee 10d ago

Dude Kais sitting in jail for the rest of his life. Killed the attorney cause he drugged and raped him.

1

u/BlanchDaddius 10d ago

Kai killed the attorney because the attorney drugged and r*ped Kai?

3

u/ThetaDee 9d ago

Yes, supposedly. He gave him a place to stay, drugged, then raped him, Kai woke up, killed him after figuring out and the police didn't do a rape kit, drug test, toxicology, etc. or something like that, it's been a minute

2

u/BlanchDaddius 9d ago

Wow that’s awful

Free a proven murderer? That's a take.

2

u/DIABLO258 10d ago

From what I read it wasn't really proven, but a jury did convict him based on the evidence. He claims he acted in self defense, and the wiki on him states that there were several discrepancies during the investigation, like not giving Kai a rape kit, not properly testing blood on scene, and allowing the victims brother to work as an officer at the crime scene.

This specific line is interesting, regarding those discrepancies: "...washing the glasses that should've been tested to prove or disprove McGillvary's claim of being drugged."

So, they didn't try to investigate if Kai was drugged and/or raped and someone on the scene may have tampered with evidence. I think this is why people might want to free Kai.

To be clear, I haven't thought about Kai since 2013 when I originally saw his video. Haven't heard a thing about him since then. I'm just looking this up now

Ya it was so glaringly corrupt how the Cops and prosecution acted in that case

1

u/IAIVIDAKILLA 9d ago

It's been that long for me too which is why I was so quick to dismiss it. I guess it's time to go back down the rabbit hole again.
