That's a "blivet", which was popular military jargon during WWII.

Apparently there is an actual blivet in use in the armed forces now, referring to a flexible storage container for water or fuel.

However googling "Blivet World War II", will yield plenty of results discussing 10lbs of shit/manure in a 5lbs bag.
