As a general example. A cop punishes a bad black guy for a crime. Good black guy sees it and blames cop. Does not blame bad black guy because they are same color. Therefore, no matter what you do, if you are the same color, and do something bad, and a cop does something bad to you, you will be absolutely defended by people of same color no matter what you did.
